Perfect location for travel needs right off of the highway. Friendly staff suggested restaurants open on a Sunday night a bit late. We had a great dinner due to this. Breakfast was appealing, fresh and tasty with many choices. Overall what we have come to expect from this chain of hotels.

No king suite, but the room sufficed. Also the mattress did not fit the frame properly so my husband had to switch sides with me as I was afraid the metal frame supports would injure my legs if I got up in the night in the dark to use the bathroom. Also, we both use cpap machines and the outlets on one side of the bed were very difficult to reach.

We arrived to check in at 6:30. The elevator was not working. We were told it would be fixed sometime that night. We had driven over 1,000 miles over two days and little effort was made to offer a room on the first floor. We are seniors and could not carry luggage up to the 4th floor. Elevator maintenance was achieved within the hour and we managed to get the room we had reserved. Other options was smaller bed and terribly stinky room.

We stayed here one night when driving home from a trip in New England. It's right off the interstate, with easy access, but we couldn't hear the highway at all from our room, which was nice. The room was huge and spotless, the bed extremely cozy, and the breakfast was quite extensive and extremely tasty - far better than the free breakfasts at most hotels in this price range.

The workout & pool facilities needed a little TLC, as did the carpet in our room, which felt like it could use a good wash. Everything else was squeaky-clean.

Good location. Very quiet. Good TV with all channels. Good internet. Good lighting. Liked the pullout tables in bath and nightstands. Air conditioning was good. Modern drawer storage bins. Roll around cushions for seating and luggage. Good bathroom exhaust fan. Breakfast was ok but not crazy about sausage patties...prefer sausage links.

Elevators were out of commission so had to climb to fourth (top) floor. The toilet had a weak flush with a slow refill. The shower also had low pressure.

We were traveling to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. from Southeast Pennsylvania. Stopping here was very relaxing after a 5 hour drive. Front desk staff met us with a smile. Upon entering the room, the bed looked so comfy and it was! After a good nights sleep and a hot shower, breakfast awaited us. Eggs, chicken sausage, roasted potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. Our plan is to stay at the Hampton Inn, Danbury, on our way home. L

Staff was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and gave recommendations for dining out. Also gave us cookies which was very sweet. The housekeeping noticed us leaving and asked which room number so she could tend to it. Very efficient staff!

Only thing I didn't like was the noise from the person above our room. They were up all hours of the night moving things, and making a ton of noise. Not the hotels problem.

We stay at this hotel regularly because it is top quality, safe with interior access rooms, always friendly staff and excellent beds and large room. The intake clerk offered us water upon arrival and the exit clerk at checkout offered us two bottles of water for our ride. This is a small but very impressive touch we really appreciate. And both were very courteous and upbeat people. I highly recommend this safe, comfortable property.

Didn't like that there was an issue with the reservation as it was paid for but the hotel was saying booking.com never received payment but money was taken out my account. Outside of that everything else was perfect

Breakfast was good, the facility was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and looked nice. I also appreciated being able to check in early when I arrived several hours earlier than I expected.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and no way to paige someone (a bell, etc.)

The fact that the evening desk gal worked with us in getting our family a room when we had no money until the day after upon check out. Also, we traveled with two dogs who hate car rides, 20 hours from St Louis MO to Cape Cod Massachusetts.... Our poor Rocky got so sick in the room. We did all we could to clean it up and I was willing to pay an extra lot of money to apologize to the hotel but they didn't accept more than just a tip. The staff is absolutely beautiful!! We plan on staying at Hampton Inn always now, no more holiday inn for us.
