The staff was fabulous. From check-in to the follow-up text asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was great. It was nice to have a tip jar bc staff at breakfast was very attentive.

The hallways and elevators were way too hot! Not just a little warm but uncomfortably hot. Also, the ice machine was not centrally located. The front desk said to take a left at the elevator and I wondered what was taking my husband so long. He showed me out the window where the ice machine was. The trip there and back was long and HOT!

The rooms are big and spacious. comfortably fit my family of 5. Kids loved the indoor pool. Rooms were very clean. Beds were super comfortable

Breakfast needs to be extended until at least 10 in the morning. Some people are on vacation and want to sleep in and rest. I don’t like having to get up and rush to breakfast with 3 kids when we are away to relax.

Room was large and very comfortable with excellent amenities.

Room was cold when we arrived and I was not able to adjust the temperature. However when I learned that there was a separate thermometer on the wall opposite the a/c unit i was able to make the temp comfortable. It would have been helpful if there had been a notice placed on the a/c advising of the location of the thermometer.

We only stayed here for one night but once we saw the room we wished it was for longer. It was huge and very clean. Theres a full length mirror which is always appreciated and plenty of light. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the pool and the gym. The man at the front was so nice. There’s a snack bar to buy from but there’s plenty of food options nearby. Also there was a Dunkin right outside the front door which was a plus. The bed was super comfortable and there are firm or soft pillows to choose from.

There was nothing wrong with this room.

The option for hot breakfast was great. We stayed 2 nights and each morning, there was a different variety of options. The hotel was cleanly and we loved the location of our room (though it did tend to get slightly noisy when other guests were going in and out. The location was in a quiet area with a Dunkin Donuts right in front. There was also a fancy restaurant down the block about 5 minutes away. I would definitely book again!

Everything was great.

The cleanliness of the property was good. Easily located off the interstate. Comfortable suite.

Disturbed by noise above as we were located in ground floor and endured unreasonable noise from above into early hours of morning. Staff did manage the situation when approached.

The staff was outstanding. The fitness room exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a great benefit to have.

The contact number calls the Hilton call center, I would have preferred to talk to the front desk when I called but couldn't find a number.

The property is so clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are amazing and the overall atmosphere makes me feel like I’m at ease. Walls are thick so you don’t hear others unlike some other places I’ve stayed.

Lots of people in the gym not following the mask regulation. They take it off completely when in there and staff has gone in and seen them and they never say anything.

Parking was a little worrisome due to the fact that the 1st morning we we're there the police were right next to my car speaking with a gentleman. Only to find out the car next to me had his catalytic converter stolen overnight. A security detail or random checks from the local police wouldn't be a bad idea. It's not a bad area, but safety of people and their property should be paramount of course with any large establishment. Maybe a few more cameras. (I cant say I remember seeing any outside) I stayed 2 extra nights and it was almost the price of my stay for the week. (That was a little hard to swallow but my pregnant wife and 2 boys who are 3 and 4) we were there for a week. I'm not asking for the world when i say a little travelers appreciation/loyalty would have been fantastic for the money spent. Eg: a free night or otherwise.

The staff are kind and helpful. The place is over all a great place to stay and a good value if you book correctly. Dunkin Donuts is right next door, awesome!

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Many choices. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The only complaint I can think of was, we were on the first floor and the room above us sounded as if the touring troupe from River Dance was staying up there. Luckily, I was very tired and managed to to e out the noise. My daughter not so much. I mentioned it at checkout and the young woman apologized but I told her not to worry about it.
