I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent, with several restaurants nearby. The breakfast is simple but in line with what you find at hotels of this type. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

If you're a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel. Rooms facing the highway might disturb your sleep, especially if you're sensitive to noise. However, the noise from the air conditioning can easily drown out any disturbances.

Hotel was close to the client project location. Room was clean. Plenty of towels Close to several restaurants. Just off the interstate convenient for travel.

Being just off the interstate continuous loud road noise. Hotel charged a $50 incidental fee NOT disclosed at time of booking with Booking.com. The fee will drop off within 5-7 days of your stay. But again no receipt given. At checkout the hotel refused to provide a written receipt. Indicating the receipt would be provided by Booking.com. A written receipt is required my by company for reimbursement.

Breakfast was doable it was more continental, I enjoyed making my tea every morning and Oatmeal. Housekeeping was great I came back to my room and it was always clean and restocked with towels and wash clothes. Front desk staff was always polite. I had no issues.

Wi-fi wasn't the strongest but it was ok.

I like the breakfast and soft beds. I like how quiet it was in room. The staff was very pleasant as well, I always have a nice time there .

It would be nice to have sausage or eggs with breakfast. If the tv pivoted on hinge it would be good for when your soaking in the tub. The stair ways can have better lighting

The breakfast was reasonable considering the price per night. The place was clean and comfortable, close to the highway which made it easy for me to get off for the night and right back on the following day.

.1st I didnt realize I booked a motel. But once we walked in I was happy we did. My car was parked infront of my door. I was with my kids and I know motels aren't family friendly from what I've seen. But they didn't even notice the difference once we walked in. They love staying in hotels and now they loved this motel. Very very Clean. Smells good. Beds where comfortable I feel asleep so fast . Thats a big deal for me. Thank u for the stay. I also liked the fact the heat was on it was very cold outside and we came in it was so cozy.

My mother was approached by someone staying there asking her if she smoked something, she didn't understand what it was that he was asking for. Then asked her if she was good like if she wanted to buy something. She was smoking a cigarette and ran inside didn't even finish!

I really like the location when I come to Connecticut. Very convenient to any place I have to go. Naugatuck or Torrington are easy to get to from this location

I can't think of anything. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was as fine. My only small issue was the mildew stain on the edge of ceiling where water must have caused some drywall damage. No big deal, but was less than desireable to look at.

The office type computer chair . It’s very unsteady .can cause an accident, it will flip backwards . Personally was made aware .

The breakfast was on slices of bread and muffins the breakfast should be better seeing how it's $125 for one night at least there should be a good breakfast as advertised
