The ed and linens are very comfortable. I enjoyed the overall hotel decor and the hot tub was a plus. The rooms are very quiet and even though my room was in the first floor, I could not hear outdoor noises.

The air conditioner in my bedroom was noisy. The towels could have been softer than the ones offered during our stay. The pool towel is not fluffy at all.

It was a reasonably comfortable and convenient place for a stopover

The food options in the hotel were either sports bar or semi-fancy restaurant. And nearby it was all pizza all the time. Also, they did not immediately find my reservation at check-in, and the rate charged was higher than the confirmed rate on my Booking reservation. They were able to correct the mistake, but it was clear that they were not handling Booking reservations well.

I loved how clean my room was. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast meets the American standard. I had dinner at the sports bar and asked for a steak. Super yummy!

The pool towels were torn out. Perhaps getting soft towels for the guests is not a bad idea.

The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable, great customer service, all the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and everything was very clean.

I had a fall on the pool area, (while looking for a towel) there were no towels anywhere. :(

The hotel was clean and bright; lots of sitting areas that were comfortable and conducive to conversation; bar was bright and comfortable- large selection of beers, wines, and shelf drinks; the restaurant was reasonably priced with a vast menu; Great breakfast choices and a plentiful buffet; Great indoor pool and hot tub

Everything!! I've enjoyed every stay!! Very, VERY CLEAN!! The lobby is very comfortable! VERY pleased with room. I enjoyed the time in the pool and hot tub! Super clean lol No complaints at all and would recommend this hotel for sure!!

the property was excellent. the young woman yelling in the hallway for her mother to let her in room at 2 a was not.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly and quick to get to you when waiting. The food at the bar was convenient and very good. Check in & out was so easy and having the key access from my phone was so nice. I never had a problem with the app & it worked very well for us.

The pillows were small & not very firm. But everyone has different preferences, so that’s not really anything I expect to love at a hotel.

The front desk rep Ryan was extremely welcoming & helpful the night we checked in. I really hope Ryan's superior customer service is recognized & rewarded because the way he treated my family is the reason why we are going to come back! THANK YOU RYAN! The rest of the staff was helpful as well, but Ryan made us feel like VIPs!

If I had to list one thing I didn't like it would be the total price. My room felt like it should've been no more than $215 INCLUDING taxes & fees, not $275 since the rooms are a tad outdated compared to others I've stayed in.
