The room was very cozy. Perfect for just a few days because we were out most of the time. The food was delicious and we had breakfast there every morning. The location was perfect. There were plenty of places to walk to and visit and the beach is not that far either. I could get up early and walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Also, the area is clean. I don’t think I saw a piece of garbage anywhere. Lastly, the people are very friendly and courteous.

The only problem I had was the condition of the room when we first arrived. The couch was dirty. It looked like sand and hair was all on it. The night tables by the bed were dusty and the floor needed sweeping. The good thing is when I went to the front desk and mentioned it they sent someone right away to clean up.

What's not to like! The hotel itself is in a great location! Close to the boardwalk and shops, has a private parking garage for their guests, a restaurant and bar on sight, the friendly staff, the heated salt water pool and deck with lounging chairs and tables to enjoy a meal on or play cards at with friends, the comfortable rooms with that adorable welcome on the TV when checking in! The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the towels and thick and absorbant! The only thing for me is I'm used to a softer bed but I still slept like a baby after having a great day at the beach. Will 100% be returning to Coast Rehoboth for future stays. I've stayed in many hotels in Rehoboth but this one has a returning guest for life.

Location to shops, dining, beach was excellent. The hotel had coffee available when we arrived in the late afternoon which was appreciated after a long drive. The peppermint bark at night was a sweet surprise. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast in the morning. Also, the security for the elevator was appreciated, needed your room key card in order to use it.

The parking garage was tight! If you own a LARGE SUV, it will be difficult to park. There's only one way in and out of the garage for both the upper and lower level, during the summer season with more people visiting, it may be extremely difficult exiting with people walking on the sidewalk.

We've vacationed in the Delaware beaches for many years and while there have always been great places to stay, the accomdations here were marketly superior in so many ways. Location, room appointments, staff were all exceedingly good. Parking was a challenge for my large pickup truck but wouldn;t be a problem if we returned in our smaller vehicle or rode our motorcycles, which we planned to when we return. Looking forward to the 2024 Jazz Festival and this is where we plan to stay.

The only thing that caused concern was the parking garage due to the height of our vehicle but as we were there during the off-season, street parking was readily available.

The Staff was amazing, wonderful, could not be more attentive. They knew the area, the restaurants, the attractions. The restaurant was closed when we arrived but breakfast was amazing. I will be staying here again.

The only thing I did not like was the parking garage. I was very happy there was a garage, but I have a camaro, and as a low riding car and the steep drop out of the garage, my car bumped, coming out of the garage. But that is the only thing.

The front desk manager was great, the room was wonderful, the restaurant service was exceptional (and the food even more so). We love new hotels that have quiet air handlers. The temperature balance was good considering this is a beach hotel meant for summer visitors and there was a foot of snow on the ground outside.

It was hard to find the place. You might want to put up a sign somewhere that says your hotel name.

Was told there was a continental style breakfast at 7 but went down and there was nothing. No big deal just wish I knew because my son gets up early I would have brought some quick things to hold him over till the restaurant at 8.

Nothing! The staff I encountered from the moment I got there to the moment I left was fantastic. Noa and Malaysia at the front desk to be exact. The cleaning staff were exceptional and friendly. Anytime we saw them in the hall they asked if we needed anything, were kind to my son (it was his first hotel stay!) i especially loved the fact you needed your key yo get into everything. Made me feel safe as my husband wasn’t able to travel with us this time.

Receptionist was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Cindy moved our room to something with a better view. The night manager gave me water during check-in. They gave us recommendations for dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean and felt new! I had a great nights rest. The pool was nice however, it could've been a bit warmer I guess. The vibe was great and I will stay there again for sure.

Bathroom shower gel was empty, pool was too cold. The first room had a view of the parking lot however, we were moved to a new room with a street view.

The staff was extremely friendly and informative. The single/king room was notably spacious; both rooms (we also had a double/queen for other family members) were clean and nicely decroated. Robes were a lovely touch!

This shouldn't be a reason to not stay there, but if the property's looking for feedback ... would recommend longer shower curtains to better prevent water on the floor. This seems to be a frequent/universal issue with hotels generally, though.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with our kids. The room was clean and spacious, restaurant was great, pool very nice. Easy to walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. We heard noise from nearby rooms and outside but it didn’t detract too much from a good night’s sleep
