Really liked the location - close to everything we wanted to do/see. Nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. LOVED that it is a pet-friendly hotel, so we were able to bring our dog with us!

The breakfast was not spectacular - the omelets were COLD (husband walked back to our room to heat it up in the microwave - we were on the 1st floor) and there was no available microwave in the breakfast area. The scrambled eggs were not good - very dry and crumbly. The bacon and sausage were good and there were other options, so we left satisfied. Pancake machine was out of order, so we couldn't try those.

The staff was phenomenal! The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The staff who prepared breakfast and ensured everything was in stock and that the area was clean, was wonderful. We also had a staff member go above and beyond for my child when they slipped and got hurt. We really appreciated that. The beds were very comfortable! We loved how close we were to everything, even though we had to drive. It was just what we needed.

I don't have any complaints. But a suggestion, to maybe place the booklet and restaurant list that's available at the front desk, in the rooms on the table. We didn't even know this was available until we asked at the front desk a suggestion for a good local restaurant.

The property is right across the street from outlets which is why we were in Rehoboth. Everyone at the property Was wonderful. Front Desk employees, the gentleman Who handled the breakfast, and housekeeping. Our favorite part of the property was when we open the door to our room and there was never a doubt it wasn’t clean. The aroma of Cleaning products was wonderful and made us feel extremely comfortable. I’ve heard of horror stories from other people about the cleanliness of other hotels and that is not a concern at this property. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We will be back year after year for our girlfriends weekend of Christmas shopping!

Absolutely NOTHING!!!

When you walked in the hotel smelled clean, the elevators smelled clean. The staff greeted you. looking around the lobby looked clean and we went to our room, it was clean. The hotel had a quiet time (10pm-1am). For me it was quiet and able to sleep,

Nothing, for the three nights we were there, it was awesome. We get up early so was able to go to the Dunkin near by and on the same side as the hotel.

The room was extremely clean as well as the rest of the hotel. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with the cleanliness of a hotel room before. All the staff we interacted with were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would definitely come back and stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. We even came back with food at night and forgot utensils but luckily at 11:00 pm we were able to easily find some in the lobby in a section made for such an event (see photo). The complimentary breakfast was very good and the attendants working to make sure the area was stocked, clean and functioning worked very hard to do so and did an excellent job.

The sheets on the beds were soft and very comfortable but the bed itself was hard and a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Coffee and tea were available all day. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the bathroom smelled great and left my hair feeling more smooth and healthy.

I would have liked to have seen more breakfast items available. There was no lotion in the bathroom or a note pad in the living area, both of which I find convenient when on a trip.

The breakfast was excellent - we have stayed here for several years and like it very much.

However, this year is the first I didn’t give the highest ratings. The door of the armoire to hang clothes was loose and I fixed it myself with a screwdriver from the front desk. The air conditioning was not always working properly, each afternoon we returned from the beach to a hot stuffy room (no matter the thermostat setting.) And the door to the room had some issues where it scraped the floor. These are pretty small issues (the air conditioning was a little bit of a nuisance) and the hotel still gets a very positive review from me, but this time there were some negatives. We’ll still stay again without hesitation.

The staff is professional, friendly, efficient and accomodating. The hotel is very nicely decorated and is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect - right across the street from the outlets and about ten minutes drive from the beach and boardwalk. The breakfast selection is nice.

I can't think of anything negative.

Overall, we liked the room; it was clean and bright and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the front desk staff. The breakfast selections were all well-chosen and offered a fair amount of variety.

Because our room was on the second floor, overlooking the parking lot, we did experience a period of loudness during the evening around 10:00 p.m. Perhaps next time we will request a room on a higher floor, away from the parking lot. Also, we would have preferred firmer pillows; ours were a bit too soft, to the point where they needed adjustment to avoid sinking into them.

This hotel is by only about 2 years old and I was really amazed. The room was very spacious. Beds were very very comfortable. I’m going to buy me a Beauty Rest Hospitality bed just like theirs. Bathroom was much bigger than I expected. Lots of USB ports. Excellent lighting throughout and very bright. Lots of food choices for breakfast. Pork and turkey sausage, ham and cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits, cold cereal, cinnamon rolls, Danish pastries, juice, milk and variety of yogurt flavors. I also like the fact that they have quiet time 10:00pm-7:00am.

Handicap parking was located at the end of the building almost at the end of the parking lot. Handicap parking should be at the entrance!!
