Best location in Dewey Beach located across street from Bottle & Cork. Can walk down short side street to direct beach access as well as restaurants/stores. All rooms updated with microwave/fridge and super comfy beds. Hotel very clean and very dog friendly. We will definitely stay here again with our furbaby!

What I liked is that it is close to the beach, the room seemed fairly clean, refrigerator and microwave worked well and were clean. Employees seemed friendly and had no issue giving us more towels and toiletries. I asked if they had ibuprofen for sale and they said they did not, but a maintenance man offered me some of his Aleve. The continental breakfast was not bad. The beds were fairly comfortable and the pool area seemed clean. I really liked that there's no carpet in the rooms.

What I did not like was that the temperature of the water in the shower was constantly changing and would randomly go from hot to cold to anywhere in between, and the shower drain was very slow. I also did not care for the pool being closed on a somewhat rainy day, and it was because they said the weather report stated that there would be storms that day, even though there was no sign of a storm all day. In fact, the weather reports that I saw said nothing about storms, but said there was a chance of rain. This was our much-needed vacation, and it would have been nice to use the pool that day.

Staff was so nice and helpful! The rooms were super clean and the absolute cutest! We went on a family trip with some friends also tagging along, got two rooms- one for the boys one for the girls -and they were able to put us right next to each other which was perfect! Parking was also super convenient, with multiple lots! The location was a perfect walking distance to the beach, and only about an 8 minute drive to the Rehoboth board walk. Also perfect walking distance for little shops and great food! Not to mention it's dog friendly so you get to see a bunch of furry friends! I also really enjoyed the balconies, perfect spot to observe night life, enjoy the daytime sun, and to hangout!

The only thing I wish was more of a restock on breakfast foods, slim pickings when it's kind of empty. Not too big of a problem though :)

We had a nice stay here at Atlantic Oceanside Dewey. The location is PERFECT! Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants all around. It has 2 pools and property was well maintained.

Had to ask for towels and room service but was prompt usually. People smoking around property. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the least. About a 5/6

This worked out perfect for us as we just needed a room close to the beach so we could spend the whole day there. Maybe a 5-10min walk. Somewhere to sleep and shower and didn’t empty the bank account. Will stay again.

Really didn’t have any complaints. It met all my expectations to what we needed to spend a few days at the beach.

The room was clean and look updated. Liked the pool and that the coffee shop was right there. It was nice to be able to walk and there were shops along the way.

Unfortunately, they didn't have a coffee pot in the room in case you didn't want to buy. We didn't like that the hotel was so close to a bar that played very loud music most of the night.

Great location. Good value. Friendly staff.

Not really hotels fault, but there is a concert venue nearby, so don't be surprised if bass drum carries through the walls when there is an event. Would be nice to have window covering that partially obscure people looking in; either a sheer or a reflective film. They have good blackout shades though.

Location was great. Out door seating area was nice as the town shuts down early during the week days; we were able to sit under the gazebo and enjoy ourselves.

They never had enough clean wash cloths; and most of the cleaning staff didn’t speak english well so it was a pain trying to get clean linen.

The location was great. Close to the ocean and close to the bay. Walking distance to some really great bars and restaurants.

The room was close to the road. It was very loud with traffic and people yelling. However, it was bike weekend in Ocean City, so that was probably cause for the noise.

Payment issues, we had paid in full at time of reservation. When I checked in online, we incurred a charge to our credit card if $500.00, which was reversed. Day of arrival, an additional charge is 1,209., went to Libby, that was reversed, last day, overcharged for having a dog. This was unsettling.
