The hotel is very nicely decorated and generally very clean. The breakfast is excellent, as are the two ladies who man the breakfast area, Kiddy and Stephanie.

One of us has a sensitivity to dust mites and the first room to which we were assigned smelled of them. The staff had no problem giving us a different room, which was actually an upgrade. It was better but still had a slight dust mites odor. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have not had this problem before.

Clean and comfertable. Honest review of the hotel. I enjoyed the short stay we had. We were just passing through and needed a bed to sleep in. If I needed the room for more nights I would of had no problem booking the room again. Oh for those animal lovers out there, they have a resident cat that hangs out outside and greets you through the window during your breakfast, I thought that was cute!

We had two separate rooms and both exceeded our expectations.

Never let them put you on first floor next to 24 hour gym. Didn’t goto sleep until after 2 o’clock. Called front desk but she never bothered to come down and ask them to quite down or at least get out of the halls.

Staff was friendly . Rooms were big and bed and bathroom clean .

Carpet smelled like dog . It’s a pet friendly hotel and we brought a dog so are understanding but rooms don’t need to smell that bad . Have some rooms that can be mopped if you’re having a pet friendly hotel .

We were very Impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the good service Eric was amazing at the desk thank you for your understanding with our GrandSons we will definitely recommend and stay again!!!

My bacon was a little too crisp one morning but I still ate it but I like my bacon non crispy

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was so great. Comfortable dining room as well. They have everything you could possibly need. They even provide dove shampoo, conditioner & body wash!

Nothing everything was perfect!

This clean, well-managed hotel was an easy find right off I-75. They had a good mix of breakfast offerings, a clean pool & a fun, nicely maintained patio. All hotel staff were polite & helpful. King room layout had a good flow with plenty of staging areas.

We stayed in Room 101, the only room there that was placed literally next to a ground floor entrance. This side entrance had people utilizing it all day & night, even into the late hours. Every time the door would shut it would slam with a resounding “bang” that was heard (and felt) throughout the room. Even with the TV volume turned way up, you just could not get away from that noise! Obviously, it made for poor sleep the three nights we stayed. Would definitely go back to that hotel, but will never stay in that room, or the ground floor, ever again.

It was clean and convient to work

I asked for a paper receipt because twice now they said they would send it and didn't and she was unable or unwilling to do it.

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing. Logan in particular made our stay special. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect and the breakfast buffet was solid. Highly recommend!

The pool is covered in shade by about 4pm (in Sept) so get your sun in earlier in the day!

Clean and beautiful

4 people, 3 seats of towels and the wouldn’t gives us more BUT I was able to get pool towels but they said we couldn’t use the pool as the filters were not working! Not good on a summer day in Florida!!
