We had a high floor with a great eastern view. The beds were super comfortable. The room was very clean.

There’s not much privacy when it comes to using the toilet. There’s a glass frosted door that’s kind of see-through and there’s no soundproofing. Also I wish there was a dresser or something with drawers for me to put my clothes in while I was there. I could’ve used a few more hangers as well and some hooks to hang things.

Was double charged by both the property & Booking. Figuring it out took quite a time & (hopefuly) was resolved after i had checked out. Had approched to the front desk several times & was told that the issue would be resolved on my check out. Could have been done at the first day of my staying, instead of postponing to check out. Was quite an unpleasent experience. Exsept of that issue everything was very good.

Was greeted at the front desk with a big smile from a polite and helpful young lady. The check in process was fast and simple. The room was not cramped at all, there was plenty of space. The room was clean as was the entire hotel. The shower was clean and there was always enough hot water and decent water pressure. The pool had plenty of towels available at all times and the gym has plenty of machines. The pool is well maintained and a very nice size. There is plenty of parking (for a fee), in their indoor garage. There are three elevators so we didnt have to wait more than a few seconds. They have a full bar with a great bartender. The TV has lots of channels to chose from and the AC worked very well. The room has a fridge included.

The rooms dont have cabinet or drawer space to unpack clothing. there is a pole to hang things on. I think the daily parking fee is a bit high.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location near to some good restaurants and close to the shopping mall. Good road access to get around. Staff were very friendly.

Parking fee for a property not in the center of Miami. Room was noisy could hear doors closing.

Good room size. Multiple electric outlets and USB ports. Internet TV. Good location.

Some noise from the hallway. I would definitely prefer separate bathroom facility. Having just glass doors is ok if only one person stays in the room. Otherwise, it's not so great.

The covered parking garage with no valet service. You do it yourself and it’s very practical. Also, the staff was always very helpful, promptly finding a way to fulfill requests.

I personally did not like the room set up and very small refrigerator. There was hardly any counter space. The walk-in shower and toilet room being in the entry way was strange to me. But, that's just the modern look. It's smaller then what I'm used to at this price.

Excellent staff from kitchen to cleaning associates to front desk!!! Really gorgeous hotel, amazing amenities and superb location - had such a great time

Nothing to complain about!

I had cut my finger on a magazine in the lobby and asked the front desk for a band aid. The attendant told me to look for band aids in the lobby store. My husband is in the hospitality business, by law the front desk must have a first and kit. She ended up giving it to me, but that should not be an issue- customer service should be stronger.

As a single traveler, the unique room set up was great! I can see that if I was sharing a room, it might be an awkward set up. But I really liked it! The staff was super fast with everything. I didn't have to stand at the front desk and wait forever! Also, the lobby was gorgeous!
