The kitchen facilities in the rooms are just fab, makes the stay so easy with a family. Everything was clean and well laid out.

I just wish hotels still had tubs

Impressive! The most comfortable stay, especially for the price. Staff went over and above to fix my accommodations when they couldn’t find by reservation through Booking.com. They even gave us a better rate. Rooms are spacious with all you could need from a kitchenette. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds/pillows. Laundry facilities were perfect for my road tripping needs. Great pool. Can’t say enough about how enjoyable my stay was. 10/10 would stay again. Oh yeah delish breakfast options too!

Would have loved a room with a tub ( not sure if that even exists) but the shower was great anyway with fantastic smelling neutragena shampoo and body wash dispensers. If that’s the best complaint I could come up with, they’re not doing too shabby!

Great location after a long drive and stayed with our little dog, great grounds to walk. Staff especially puppy friendly.

I thought the rate was a little extreme.

The room is very well designed, lots of space to unpack and store luggage etc. Kitchenette is perfect with essential you need, (electric stove top upon request) Room was very clean

the only thing I would add to room is the electric stove tops, as they don't have many available.

When me and my family came down stairs we were stared down by the staff at the front- being an interracial family it’s nothing new. My wife took my son to the bathroom and one of the managers stared them down and then proceeded to follow me and my other kods outisde to our car it seemed. Looks as if he got a bottle of water ??? But it made us all feel very uncomfortable

This property was very clean, and the overall look was pleasing.

The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty, luckily I brought my own. When I arrived at 3:15pm my room wasn’t ready. This was annoying because I just drove 3 hours to Tampa and while waiting in line it seemed like the receptionist gave away an open room to a family who didn’t even have a reservation. This was upsetting as well. Because it was Super Bowl weekend they should have more staff on because my room wasn’t ready till 3:45pm smh. Normally waiting wouldn’t bother me but really after a long drive it was irritating.

Everything was wonderful.

The staff was wonderful and check in only took about 3 minutes. We had our little man (dog) with us and he was just as welcomed as we was. Nice facility.

The pool was alittle small and stove in the room.
