The room and view were amazing!! Clean! Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and nice to not small chlorine!! Tiki bar with live music on the beach was great and we truly enjoyed

Although we were willing to pay the price we did for the stay, it would have been nice to maybe get a beach chair rental on discount or included with stay. Also, no breakfast or discounts included with stay.

The view and the location

I got bit a lot on my legs on the deck facing the gulf. The room was a little small for a king-size room. For the price, I paid for the evening ( a little over double what I normally pay) I expected a bigger room like the advertised picture for the king-size room.

Over all great experience. Great facility and excellent staff. Loved location right on the beach. Easy access to all shops and fantastic places to eat. Will be bringing family back for sure. Recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Bathrooms felt small. We stayed on 9th floor and that floor is only one with a concrete wall on balcony so you can't sit in chairs and look at the ocean.

Our view was good, as were in room #414. This allowed for a great view of the Gulf, Pool Area, and Pier 60 Park. Our room was near the elevator, which allowed easy access from the elevator. We were pleased with that portion.

Our towel and linen service did not meet our expectations for the following reasons: 1. The service was always very late in the day. 2. The service missed us completely on one of the days. 3. On another day, we were not given any coffee to replace what we had already used.

It is a nice hotel with great views and clean rooms. There is alot of amenities in and around the building. There is a game area, 2 pools one for kids one for adults. One day the adult pool was closed due to weather even though it was slightly cloudy. A nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Staff was friendly.

It does get pricy quick. Parking is very limited and was pushed, basically forced, into using valet for extra if we wanted to park our car anywhere. I was a bit disappointed that the beach had Hilton attendants for beach chairs and canopies for use at a very hefty price. Other places I have stayed at least gave a complimentary beach chair to patrons for use during their stay. Again this is another thing that is not friendly to people out of state. Tough to bring beach stuff from the other side of the country and get bled dry from it instead. As mentioned above one day the adult pool was closed due to weather which seemed inaccurate so all the adults crowded the kids pool so kids had no where to go or much room to play without bumping into other people.

From the moment we booked our rooms, to our check in and check out... all was perfect. I called ahead of time to ask for an ADA room as one of our family members is in a wheelchair. They immediately took care of it. The ADA room had a roll in shower. It was perfect for our father. We were celebrating our parents' 50th anniversary and the staff spoiled them: Rose petals and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY sign on their bed, champagne bottle and strawberries. Many small attentions that made our stay perfect. We also had lunch at their onsite restaurant. One of our children is extremely allergic to Gluten. Initially we were told that there were no gluten free options, but then we talked with the chef who accommodated it nicely. We really appreciated it. The hotel sits on the beach. It is nice, comfy, the views are amazing. The pool is nice. All was perfectly clean and well-maintained. We loved it.

We loved it all. We just did not like that sun loungers on the beach were not complimentary.

We asked for a GOOD room close to the beach and pool bc it was our Anniversary. I emailed the hotel multiple times w our request and the guy at the desk ASSURED US, we would LOVE IT! It was all overlooking the parking lot! Disappointed we called the desk who said there were NO ROOMS. We spoke to the manager who kindly gave us a GOOD room near the beach! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Charged $4 at the pool bar for a bottle of water to walk on the beach after we spent $15 each on Pina Coladas! That's TERRIBLE!🤬🤬

Location is great! Beach was beautiful, the beach staff was super friendly. We rented chairs and umbrella 2 days of our stay, they will place anywhere you like! Pool staff was wonderful as well. Actually all the staff, besides the gal who checked us in, were great!

Upon checking in, I asked for a south facing room and the girl was rather curt when denying me. We were placed on the top floor, 9th, which has a balcony but it's solid cement, can't see the gulf when you sit, big bummer. Plus the hum and heat from the air-conditioning below is crazy. And half the mirror lights in the bathroom were burnt out. That was disappointing for a hilton, I thought they would be more attentive to those types of details.

Great Beach. Excellent Bar. restaurants and bars in the area are very good. Room was nice and comfortable. Wife and daughter enjoyed their massages in the Spa.

chars/umbrella cost were high for what they were. We were in Cancun recently and their facilities are considerable better for the money. Gym was not very good for the level of the hotel. As a Diamond Hilton Member, I would expect more for what it cost at this Hilton.

The staff let me know I could check out bikes at no charge and my girlfriend and I love biking so that was a special treat. The beaches are beautiful and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do.

The water pipes that led to our bathroom made a whistling noise while the rooms around us were using their water or showers I guess. The view of the garage roof from our room wasn't very exciting.
