We absolutely loved this hotel and will stay again next year. The location is perfect. The view was a bit obstructed by a new hotel being built but we still had a view of the bay and spent the majority of our time on the beach! The beach is like a three minute walk across the street! The pool was clean and had a beautiful location by the bay. The staff was so friendly. Our room and bathroom were very clean and it was a nice quiet environment. The rooftop bar/grille was a lot of fun for my family and had an amazing view. Parking was easy and convenient. 10/10.

Really there wasn’t much of anything to complain about at all!

A short walk across the street to the beautiful Clearwater Beach. The continental breakfast was not awesome, but it was good. Plenty to eat. It is obvious the hotel management cares greatly about the property. There is nothing out of place anywhere, even in the parking garage. The pool is routinely cleaned. Housekeeping scrubs the tile floors every day and the hallways and elevators are vacuumed throughout the day. Each day, the room was thoroughly cleaned and, on the bed, there was a new animal crafted from towels. Very sweet. I’m sure all of this is the result of deliberate effort by hotel management. Excellent job to the staff and managers!

Nothing to add here. We very much like Pier House 60. They accommodated three extra days stay after our return home flight was cancelled. They were awesome.

It was a terrific location. Great parking garage. Easy to get in and out of. The pool was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly from the check in people to the cleaning staff and the restaurant waiters.

There is a building being built behind the hotel. Workers started banging early in morning. Our view was not good. Could not see harbor as was promised when I booked. noisy when out at pool.

Ot is a nice hotel and very close to beaches and best restaurants

I booked through booking.com and I paid the whole amount of $1022 was never told by booking or the hotel that they charge $33 for amenities. It's another one of those sneak charges on you. I told the front desk guy that I didn't appreciate not being told about the amenities so I would not be back. He said Good!!

Excellent location! easy walking to casual eateries w live music, dancing. Directly across from beach. Rooftop eatery/bar was fun atmosphere, great view, fun drinks and pretty good beachy food (ceviche, guac, fish tacos, etc). Staff was SUPER!! Very helpful, always at the front desk, happy to say ‘yes’ to all our asks—ex. we moved rooms to be closer to our friends, we needed extra wash clothes and lotion, we wanted towels but not have the cleaning crew in, we needed trash emptied (because we didn’t get the room cleaned!! we were a pain in the butt!!) And every request was met immediately. Typically two people at the front desk which I think is rare for small and medium sized places. obviously I was very impressed with the service. :)

the only thing that could’ve made it better for me was if it were actually across the street on the beach. lol

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very close walking distance to anything you might need. Another thing I really loved about this hotel that I didn't know until we checked in is that they will provide you with beach/pool towels, just ask at the lobby desk! It was wonderful not having to worry about flying home with wet, sand-covered personal towels. Breakfast- pre-cooked eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juices. Served it's purpose, but nothing spectacular. Very clean and workers kept everything filled.

Personal preference: the bed was very uncomfortable. It was very firm and my body prefers something softer. Also, the room keys were a struggle. We ended up with 3 different cards and none of them worked the first time. Sometimes 5 or more times before the door would unlock. Based on conversation with other guests, this seems to be a common thing and not that I just got faulty cards.

Staff was great .rooms clean and spacious. Location ,location location everything is right in walking distance .we checked in on Sunday of memorial day weekend.and got the last room not much of a view so i asked at the desk about a upgrade because we were going to be there till Wednesday. The GM was very nice and gave us a very nice room on Monday for the rest of our stay .Great view of the harbor and the Gulf .also had a good shower head

We were in 2 different rooms .1st room could of used a better shower head.could of used a good restaurant but lots in walking distance

Location and very clean hotel. Needs to be updated but I think is one of the cleanest hotel I ve ever been to. Great location from the beach and great view and food and drinks from the bar and restaurant on the 10th floor. I will be back for sure. Rooms are very clean. Great housekeeping service and beds are very comfortable. Nice parking lot inside the building to keep the car cool and safe. I love the hotel. Very nice .

Needs to be updated. Safe is on the floor so nice to have one but needs to be put up so one can reach it. Very clean but needs to be updated and elevator makes weird noises. Breakfast is good but can be better.

The location was excellent to walk around the waterfront and enjoy the goings on. Our room was bit and the balcony was an added plus which overlooked the water. The beds were comfortable and AC worked well. The shower was strong and the bathroom gave ample space. Nice to have parking under cover. The rooftop bar was fun and overlooking the water was very nice for sunset and night lights. Breakfast was nice so we didn’t have to go out and get something to eat.

The room was large and comfortable but pretty spartan. The sofabed while a double in size only had a twin mattress. Not enough lighting in the room

Great location. It had a nice breakfast every morning and a decent gym. Fun rooftop bar.

Construction was going on right outside our bay view balcony. It was very loud and started early in the morning and went all day. I had paid for a balcony upgrade but the view was obstructed and it was too noisy outside. I inquired about changing rooms but was told that I could not. I inquired the next day and finally was able to switch rooms but had to pay an upcharge. I did not think that was fair and not very accommodating.
