love the location and the staff is attentive and pleasant

one day the weather wasn’t great in the morning but cleared up by noon. but the beach cabanas remained locked down. no way to even set one up for myself (really just the chairs) but still charged the resort fee for the day

I like the location and security. Some of the front staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help out with questions and concerns to make your stay enjoyable. Cece was amazing top knotch customer service with a smile you never forget. Some of the other staff should learn from her! Everyone is human and has good and bad days and its understandable but sometimes people just really dislike there job and really show it.

I didn't like the fact that the beach umbrellas that guests pay for were only until 5pm. They could at least be used until 7pm. Also the fact that the public would place there umbrellas in front of great paid umbrellas was not appreciated. You pay for front row and then the public comes and parks there umbrellas in fro t of you. There should be a designated area for the public to use beach area Some of the front guests could be a little more pleasant and some were fantastic. Overall pleasant experience

I really enjoyed our spacious room. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. I truly enjoyed the turn down service each night, as well as always returning to a freshly cleaned room. The bathroom/shower was very large and we always had an extra amount of towels and a refresh of any extras we may have used. Another added touch was fresh waterbottles in our room after a day at the beach, as well as another set on each bedside during turn down service. We enjoyed lunch every day at the pool bar, and had a lovely dinner at Ocean Hai (highly recommend). We had a late flight back and the Wyndham allowed us to enjoy the pool, beach chairs, and kept our luggage free of charge after check out. We are already looking forward to our next trip back.

Our truck (Ford F250) did not fit in the in valet parking garage, which only has a 7 foot clearance. Unfortunately, we had to park off site. Wyndham only provides valet with no self park, so plan ahead if you have a vehicle over a 7 foot clearance.

The room was spotless upon our arrival. We had a room with two Queen beds and a partial Gulf View. The beds, in my opinion, felt as though they were doubles. Felt a bit tight sleeping in them. The view was spectacular! We were on the eighth floor. Highly recommend it for the incredible views! The beach has nice, warm white sand. Included in your amenities and resort fee are the umbrella and two lounge chairs on the beach. An attendant will confirm that you are staying at the hotel. Be sure you wear the bracelet the hotel gives you upon your arrival. The bracelet acts as your room key as well. Location was awesome. Did alot of walking either to restaurants or simply to just enjoy views and outdoor time. We attended Spring training for the Jays, and stadium was approx 15 min car ride.

The walls between the rooms were brutal. Either my neighbour next door was unusually loud, or the soundproofing of the hotel rooms sucked. I could hear their conversations loud and clear.

The staff was outstanding from arrival to departure. Friendly and helpful in every way.

The so-called complimentary drinks on arrival. It really was a half drink and then you could pay for the rest. Example: My husband ordered a beer on arrival after a long stressful travel day. We were shocked when they poured 4 ozs into a plastic cup and then informed him he must pay for the rest of the bottle. It really cheapens the resort. Either give the client a full drink or get rid of the practice all together.

Venue and pool area well clean and well maintained. Excellent service at the pool and good food and drink poolside

Upon arrival at 1:30 am found that my king room with intercoastal view did not have balcony which is pictured on the Wyndham website. Called the front desk and was told that balconies are not guaranteed with that room style, even though it is pictured, and the person claimed to be taking notes about our conversation and would assist me in the morning to see if they could find an availlable balcony room. When I came down to the front desk in the morning, I found that no notes were taken of my previous night conversation, and the unhelpful person I spoke with told me, without looking at anything in the system, or even pretending to want to help, that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could (would) do for me.

Beach was located VERY close to the hotel. Beautiful white sand. The rooms were very nice, but the bed frame had sharp corners that could be dangerous. The bed i found to be very narrow. They said it was a queen, most likely a full. The shower was beautiful, plenty of towels. The pool was beautiful. No need to bring beach towels as the hotel will let you check out towels for the beach, and the pool.

The breakfast was amazing. Be prepared to spend 75 USD for breakfast. When I booked through booking.com, my confirmation shows "Breakfast is included in the final price". It wasn't. That was the primary reason I chose this hotel. I received a restaurant "discount" card upon check in. We used it once for dinner. Next morning, we were told we couldn't use it again, as we had used it already. SO....one shot, one kill. Also, please note, you pay $35 a day "resort fee", whether you use it or not.

Fabulous sea front location, beautifully designed rooms with a sea vibe and the seafront ones have a spectacular view. Excellent staff throughout the various departments. Always very polite and ready to help. There was an issue with a late check out, which was promptly addressed and resolved at reception.

I felt the pool was a bit too small for the amount of guests during the day, however it is open until 3 am which was great fun for us. Also we prefer the seaside to poolside. Some of the cushions on the poolside sofa chair could do with more regular cleaning.

Loved the hotel we stayed at. Perfect right on the beach and easy walking distance to everything. The hotel was very nice and clean, the room had ac and a very comfortable bed with a balcony. They give you coffee and water. My boyfriend used the gym daily. We mostly ate out and walked to nearby restaurants and shops, they have a really fun rockhouse bar across the street with a band that played one night it was super fun and good food. The beach was very accessible just a minute walk away and you can use any open tent without paying that was a plus. The pool had a really good atmosphere with a view of the beach.

The beach beds were available only until 6pm, wish it was extended longer but not a huge deal.

Excellent location! Nice facilities. Pretty good food. Was able to walk everywhere without using a car. Beautiful beach and easy access to all. Very, very nice vacation.

The massages we had were fine, but my girlfriends massage was way less than the 50 min promised. Maybe 35-40 min. She went into the steam room, showered, and dressed already when I was just done with my massage. More importantly, I was robbed of $300. cash from the safe. When we were getting our massages, someone took the cash right from the safe. I always lock that thing, but we were going for an hour in the morning, so I thought we'd be OK. But, of course, someone took it.
