The location was great., pool 15 feet from the beach, families that had stayed there before left all their sand toys and floaties and chairs for others to use, unlimited towels, didn’t have to buy anything! Staff was amazing, and kind! & there’s free happy hour at 5 everyday!!! Defiantly a plus!

I wish there would have been more breakfast options, was only pancakes, bagels, fruit, coffee and muffins

the place was nice and clean, friendly great location.

the pool was closed. it was still being repaired from damage caused by hurricane Ian. you could not get to the beach directly from the hotel property. also due to hurricane Ian. repairs were being done on the pool. the retaking wall is going to take a lot of work. also, while it was not an issue for me, I don’t believe there are enough parking spots if the hotel is full. there is a overflow lot a block away, also for oversized vehicles

Everthing at the hotel was great with the exception of the staff.

The staff had very bad attitudes. Everytime you spoke to them they acted like you were bothering them.

When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded a bit larger room, it worked out perfect for us, because there was a lot more room to move around and jump around for the kids. We got the perfect ocean view and we're greeted with sunrise all the days we stayed there. The pool side was also a great feature that we have used to our advantage. Complimentary Breakfast addition was also a great plus, as we didn't have to get outside breakfast, they even served pancakes. Overall it was a great stay with our family of four.

The parking spots could have been a little bigger in the garage area, but it sufficed for the amount of parking spots in the area.

Right on the beach is always good! Staff were friendly and would try to do anything you asked or needed. Pool and hot tub were very nice!

EVERYTHING at breakfasts is pre-packaged except for the pancakes, but they are made in a pancake machine. The food is good, but nothing is really fresh, local, or delicious. Cocktail hour is a nice thought, but without any munchies (nuts? chips? crackers?) it's just a few people sitting around drinking booze. Didn't like guys smoking cigars at the pool, but without any "No Smoking" signs, no one could say or do anything. Ugh.

We visit with my son and his family once or twice a year. It's very convenient that they can come over to go to the beach and pool with us. Free parking and no resort fee is a plus. We had a beautiful, clean and comfortable oceanfront room, with a spectacular view of the ocean and beach. I bring battery operated candles with me for ambiance on the balcony at night. So relaxing with a glass of wine! Continental breakfast is not elaborate but very good. The room has a two burner cooktop, microwave, and full size fridge, so can load up on lunch items from nearby Publix. We really enjoy Happy Hour! Your staff is very professional and friendly. They are starting to remember us! This trip was all girls; me, my sister, daughter and granddaughter, so we needed lots of towels, and your staff gladly gave us what we needed. My son graduated from Embry Riddle so I've stayed at many places in the area through the years. Your boutique hotel is exceptional, and we will continue to stay here every time we visit. Thank you for helping us make happy family memories!

We loved everything; no complaints!

Wonderful view of ocean and beach. Room setup was very well done. Full size frig and small kitchenette were a plus! Very quiet and clean. Would highly recommend staying here vs other hotels. Staff was friendly but front desk people could have been more conversational with guests. Lots of parking above and below ground. We're never told about underground parking until we saw the entrance to it up front as we were leaving.

Other than not told of underground parking there's no cons to speak of.

The cleanliness, the customer service, the rooms and location, Free parking on site, and the complimentary happy hour from 5:30-6:30. There is a $100/$150 security deposit due during your stay. (Outside of your full payment). Me and my family paid early and were told about the security deposit at the time of check in (you will get your money back and you have to put a card on file) make sure you know your tag number to write on their slip to place in the window of your car during your stay. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The parking was tight but manageable. No huge SUV.

We got a 10th floor room and everything was wonderful. Large comfy bed with plenty of furniture and a nice layout that leaves the bathroom and entance doors out of sight. Great views from balcony. Nice pool area that was clean with comfortable water temp and lots of tables and chairs. Easy access to beach. The pancakes, bagels, cereal and pastries for breakfast every morning was really convenient. Happy hour each evening was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints really. Maybe consider adding an extra toaster in the breakfast area though. It gets kinda congested right there with just the one.
