the place was nice and clean, friendly great location.

the pool was closed. it was still being repaired from damage caused by hurricane Ian. you could not get to the beach directly from the hotel property. also due to hurricane Ian. repairs were being done on the pool. the retaking wall is going to take a lot of work. also, while it was not an issue for me, I don’t believe there are enough parking spots if the hotel is full. there is a overflow lot a block away, also for oversized vehicles

Everthing at the hotel was great with the exception of the staff.

The staff had very bad attitudes. Everytime you spoke to them they acted like you were bothering them.

Loved the place! Rooms have balconies with a perfect view, you can see a perfect sunrise from there. Staff was nice and a free coctail everyday at 5 pm was a nice surprise! Definitely the description of the place is too poor!

Breakfast. Nothing valuable actually, maybe pancakes for the baby but on the second day pancake machine was broken so we didn't even get them. Little toiletries instead of one/two big containers next to the sink/under the shower, no segregation of garbage

Property was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Balcony was spacious and provided a good oceanfront view. Cleaning service was provided each day and ample parking options.

Would have liked some more options for breakfast like eggs and maybe some bacon or sausage but nonetheless breakfast was fine enough. Pancakes were a nice touch. Most importantly, we did not see or find any outdoor shower or rinse area to rid the sand from the beach before re entering the hotel/room. Would have been nice to not carry sand over to the room but not a huge deal. Overall great stay.

Beautiful hotel, accommodating and friendly staff, extremely clean! We had a large oceanfront room with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Decent rates, no resort fee, and lots of free parking. My son and his wife live in the area, and no issue with them visiting us. We've previously stayed in other area hotels, but this will be our go to in the future. They replace towels, gave us more when we requested, made beds every day, and vacuumed. They had sand toys and pool floats for 5 year old granddaughter. Happy Hour a plus!

No restaurant or bar but easy to drive to nearby. Only two chairs on balcony, but we brought out ottoman for more seating. Can't say anything bad about our stay.

The property was in a great location and right on the beach with easy access 24/7. I personally want to shout out Sarah from front desk. She was absolutely amazing. There are no words to describe how amazing she treated us during our trip. We stayed here with my family for my brothers proposal. She took great care of us and answered all of our questions. She even went out of her way to check up on us. It felt like she was part of our family and because of that we would definitely stay again. My brothers proposal was perfect. If management from this hotel reads this please take your time to give Sarah the recognition she deserves. She is phenomenal!!!!

was amazing. The view was great. The amenities were great. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was not comfortable.

The bed
