Staff were very very friendly made me feel welcome

Well as soon as we enter into our room and store away our belongings turn the TV on didn't work call front desk she sent someone immediately he came but couldn't fix it he went and brought 3 other TVs and he didn't know how to hook the cable up so we were left without TV in our room for over 2 and half hour we start watching TV on our cell phone and the rooms wasn't as clean the lamps had so much rust and dust not one day were we offer change of sheets washcloth nothing so we went out and bought bath cloth and other things

The door to the balcony was a heavy store type glass tension door and it would not stay open on its own had to prop a chair between it to be able to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. it would have been very good if it was a sliding door. Defeat the purpose of having the ocean side room and not be able to have the door open to enjoy it. The condensation in the room from having the balcony door open was terrible. Everything becomes wet and the floor is very slippery when it's wet. Constantly having to wipe things down and keep a towel to walk on the floor so you don't slip and fall.

I have stayed here two times before and like this hotel for he rooms and I liked the room.

I did not like that I could not turn the air condition off. I know there are some people who like air and there are some who don't. During the day I like the air and at night I like to turn it off and open my patio door, and listen to the ocean. I have stayed here in the past and did not have a problem with this. I have not been down for a couple of years because of the covict and was a little worried about that, but after a couple of days I was worried about getting a cold. told the management, but nothing was done. in all it was a great room, but for this one problem i could barely enjoy it . was trying to save you money on electricity.

we had a great view and the hotel had a room connected to it like a small apartment with dishes and full kitchen and all and the staff was real nice it was a very nice place to stay and I will be back again soon !!

I would have liked for the pool area to have been there but with the Florida hurricanes hitting the beaches it’s very understandable why their was no tropical area but that was ok we still had the beach view from our hotel and it was perfect !!!

The girl at the front desk (I hate myself for forgetting her name) was wonderful. Always greeted us cheerfully, asking about our stay etc. She made us feel very welcome. Our room was gorgeous, our view AMAZING. Can't beat the price, truly I was alittle terrified when we arrived lol, but we had a blast and everything was PERFECT.

The only issue was the "indoor" pool was broken the entire time we were there, which was a bit of a bummer bc it was a rainy week. I wish we could have been made aware of that ahead of time, but that might be an unrealistic thing to ask.

The resort was great. The room was spacious for the family. And the view of the ocean and pools. Easy beach access from pool and street if u want to drive onto the beach. Room service was polite and hotel was family friendly.

I didn't care for the shower only bathroom with kids it's easier to have a tub. Also water got to hot and wouldn't cool down. Was definitely disappointed the heated pool wasn't open that's the main pool my family enjoys every year. Was hard to get towels or extra pillows for the fold out couch.

The front desk was amazing they answered all my questions explain to me about the outside the pool area the bar the restaurant they even gave me phone numbers to a couple restaurants I have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years the only thing I would say I miss is the outdoor band on Saturdays and

To many locals are allowed in and come to the pool area the man at the bar who cooks the food answer string says if it wasn't for the locals on weekends they would not have much cash flow there so I understand completely

Location was perfect! Right on the water and only a couple minutes drive to whatever or wherever you want to do/go.

Overall the staff was great. Very friendly and polite. Only exception was the male at the front desk. He just seemed flippant and unconcerned with everything. We arrived about an hour early for check-in and knew we would have to wait which we were fine with. He was almost bothered that we were there early and his delivery of the message was monotone and a little condescending. The young lady that took over for check-in time was completely different. Very friendly and even wished us a happy anniversary.

I LOVED the pool and the view, had a balcony and sea view room it was so beautiful to wake up to the smell of the ocean and its actual sighing 😍😍

The room was soooo outdated omgggg, the corridors leading to the rooms need a LOT of work, like a LOT. I also had roaches in the room, they would come somewhere from the kitchen, saw 4 of them, I let the hotel know but decided to remove them myself instead of having people disturb my stay. But yeah keep an eye on that !! I would go back BUT only in a more updated room and more clean.

Staff was great..rooms were very clean...only problem was none of the pools were not running...not a fault of the Hawaiian Inn... business got hit twice from hurricane...they have a company putting a steel wall ... everything should be back to normal soon
