The size of the king studio was impressive. Plenty of room for our small family to be comfortable. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff members were all chatty and friendly:) Location was ideal for walking to and from restaurants and shops. And the sunrises over the Atlantic were breathtaking

The pool was much smaller than pictures would lead you to believe. But it was still nice for our kids. It was, however, very dirty. There was also a "drunken straggler" who was able to just walk right up from the beach and hop in the spa pool. The staff handled it well, but some security at the beach gate (like key card access) would make sense and give traveling families some more sense of peace.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Our family books a year in advance, and there are usually more than 12 adults and 10 kids together on a trip. I believe we had 5 rooms between our bunch. Everyone had nice rooms, and we were able to ask for extra trash bags and towels when we needed them. I liked having a hotel key to use the elevator for safety reasons. Made me feel like my family was safe. We didn't end up going to breakfast, but other family members did and said it was good. There were no loud parties/screaming/fighting/awful music from guests like our stay last year with a different hotel. We like a kid friendly environment, and this was.

The pool said heated but was cold every day (the sun wasn't out). The last two days we were there we had new guests next door and the first night they were loud, laughing and giggling, slamming doors at 2am. Not the hotels fault - they were teenagers or young adults and should have been more considerate.

The room was nice and breakfast was good.

check out could have been way better. Place says pet friendly so we took the (3 pups) dogs. upon check out the manager who is an older lady yelled across the lobby the we didn't have the 3 registered. when we in fact did since you have to fill out a form for them. Asked for rooms on he same floor and ended up 3 floors apart. house keeping manager I guess was also rude, she knocked on the door at 11 am asking when are you getting out as we were heading to the door.. the same lady also berated an employee in front of my husband because he helped her with the cart that had a broken wheel. this place had 3 elevators that you have to use the room card in order to operate and 1 was down. Elevator is small you can put the luggage cart and 2 people inside.

Did have to wait a very long time for someone to take an order from the pool window at the restaurant. Then, another long time to receive the food. The lady was working really hard but tending to the bar and inside before the window. She needs help. Also, I am disabled and could not get into the pool because the kids were playing on and around the disability ramp. I waited there for over an hour, hoping the parents or staff would have them not play there, even saw a staff member go and talk with the kids. For a moment, I thought he was going to tell them. But he didn't. Also, the toilet in the disabled suite needs to be taller, and the beds are a little too tall for a disabled person who has bad knees. Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip.

The complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. Large selection of hot and cold foods. My husband was happy to see a waffle house right across the street when we got to the hotel and we didn't bother eating there once, since the hotel breakfast was so good! The pool area was beautiful! Our suite was spacious. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The staff was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the area, I would highly recommend staying here.

Room and location fantastic.

Booked and stayed the same day. This hotel was chosen as it had a pool on the beach however when we arrived (10 minutes after booking it), we found the pool and pool area closed for refurbishment and unavailable although this was not mentioned in the booking.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We loved that they had a nice pool and beach access. The elevators were also very efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue was had was an alarm going off at 3:00 a.m. on our first night. We had to evacuate and go to the parking lot. I overheard the frt desk say they would give a 50% discount for that night - however we weren't eligible due to booking through booking.com.

Great location, rooms were large and I loved the balcony! Mrs. Shiela at the bar was wonderful.during our stay. Rooms and lobby kept very clean.

I didn't like that the pool was not cleaned unless someone asked. This should be done routinely instead of waiting for guests to complain. Also, the elevators were sketchy. Long wait at front desk for check in and pool towels.

The location was great. Breakfast was hot and delicious. They had many different options to choose from. The pool area was nice. Oceanfront & close to other places for shopping & restaurants. Beautiful view of the river/city. Elevators were quick & quiet. Check-in/out process was also quick & easy. Staff was good overall with quick response times to our needs.

There wasn’t an oceanfront labeling when I booked the room so I was sad to realize that our King Suite wasn’t oceanfront nor had a balcony. For the money we paid, hours that we traveled, & days that we spent there, the oceanfront/balcony would’ve been great to have. The elevators were also rather small. They also seemed stingy with the linens. I called down for more & I was asked how many guests did I have?! I felt that was super inappropriate because it’s apparent that being beachside, we would probably wash more often throughout the 3 days that we were there. I assume that some people don’t wash at all!

Updated very clean rooms. On the ocean. Free breakfast in the morning was exceptional. The lady working in the breakfast room was so kind and attentive. She did a great job keeping it stocked and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location. There is a pool and hottub and stairs to go right down to the ocean. Great view
