Incredibly thoughtful room design, nice breakfast, good coffee, nice exercise room.

One "ok" restaurant and a brewpub across the street..otherwise had to drive to restaurants. A little cold ..ac going full blast in halls. Too many tvs on different stations in breakfast area.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and had easy access to Key Largo. By the elevators, they had a board with things to do and places to go. This was really helpful for us to decide where to go and what to do while we were there.

The soap in the batroom was hard to get out by the sink. Our towels were still wet the next day when we took our shower so we had to get new ones. There wasn't any artwork on the walls. The conditioner was out in the shower.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shampoo and soaps in the room was a nice touch. The light blocking curtains was a unique feature.

Staff was not knowledgeable about the facilities. Breakfast was not good and all extras were shut down. Only place in 10 nights of stays where breakfast and pool was shut down due to covid restrictions. Room was a tad small / cramped.

Great location. The hotel itself is great and clean. The rooms are wonderful and comfy. Breakfast was a packaged bagel, boiled egg, yogurt, an apple and cream cheese.

One elevator was broken and the other seemed to have issues. Not good for those of us on the higher floors. Some sketchy folks near the hotel.

Room was modern, kept, efficiently designed, a/c blasted very well, relatively soundproof considering we were street-facing, and the blackout curtains were very effective at blocking the outside. Not to mention it’s the newest/closest hotel we could find under 100/night between Biscayne and Everglades.

Minimal staff, probably how you’re able to get such good rates on rooms. Things like no coffee maker/freezer box in the rooms are small sacrifices, but the coffee was cold in the lobby carafes at 7am (and pretty watery otherwise) which was something that—all things considered—disappointed us. Pre-packaged bagels were begging for a toaster, but none in the lobby. I understand those might not be ‘green’/low-maintenance appliances, but they would save a sad bagel :)

Room was huge, close to lots of food & easy drive to Key West & Miami.

The door was paper thin. The door lock look and felt unsecure since there was a crack you can see.

Modern approach on decor, enough space in the rooms, clean bathrooms and room area, comfortable beds and pillows, ample lobby with plenty of sofas, snacks and beverages availables and close to restaurants, bars and malls.

The rooms were very quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. The room and bathroom were clean and the hair dryer worked great.

That they did boxed breakfast and did not advertise that on website, I also didn't like that they didn't tell us we could use the pool next door. My boys would have loved to go swimming.

love the setup of the room, modern and smart! love the soap/lotion/ shampoo dispensers and big hooks! also all the charging ports were great!

pillows were weird - way too soft. lobby needs to open up more!! Covid is getting better and this place was nothing open-available in lobby!!

Clean

They double charged us and then gave us hell about refunding us. Took 10 days of constant calling and emailing before finally doing something about it. Could tell staff was dishonest and giving us the run around. I think they hoped we would just give up on trying.
