You could have made it clearer that you would take a 50 dollar deposit against any damage, i was told I'd get it back when I checked out but that didn't happen, still not had the refund even though was no damage and i do have pictures to prove that!!

rooms were a bit run down. pillows were awful and so flat. beds had a permanent dip in the mattress and weren’t very comfortable. Needs new mattresses and pillows throughout the hotel.

Outdated decor. Booked two king rooms. Got one king and 2 queens. No bell staff. Had to schlep our own bags.

Nice location. Clean room. Nice size room. 10th floor room provided a nice view of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Hotel location is fairly close to the airport. Good free parking

Bathroom has no fan. Humid. Air hung heavy in the bathroom. Toilet seat was literally 12 inches above the floor. Far waaaay too low for adults over 50 years old! A real physical challenge sitting down and getting up from the toilet. ***No grab bars inside the bathroom. None inside or outside the shower stall… Nor any grab bars in the vicinity of the very low toilet bowl/seat

The staff was polite and very efficient. The lobby looks very good and probably has had a recent renovation since it seems much more modern than the room. The hotel infrastructure of pools, bar, and gym exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was also a positive surprise with a very spacious area with a good breakfast.

The furniture in the room is old, it needs to be renovated. There were few points of light which made the room a bit dark even with all the lights on at night. It also needs more outlets for charging cellphones and notebooks. We also asked for a repair since our half of the adjoining door for the next room wouldn't lock (leaving only the latch as our way to insure the people in the next room couldn't enter ours). They claimed twice to have scheduled the repair but it didn't happen during our stay.

Nice layout and the HVAC system was excellent at maintaining a constant temperature in the room. The shower was a rainfall type and was wonderful after a hard day of work. Coffee in the room was Starbucks. There are a lot of percs at this facility. The restaurant on site is excellent. My Smashburger and salad were some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere. Food service is the best!

The bed was too firm for a side sleeper like me, but the mattress was good quality.

Limited dining options. In a corporate park and if you didn't have a car the hotel's restaurant was all you had. The hiotel offered a nice continental breakfast, but in the evening there was onkly a very limited bar menue. Although limited, the food was tasty and well prepared.

when we arrived, we got only small hand towels in our room. I called reception to ask for bigger towels, since me and my boyfriend wanted to take a shower and get ready for dinner it was time sensitive. but after 40 min, we still haven’t gotten them. So I used small towels and I went myself to the reception and asked again for bigger towels so at least my boyfriend could get bigger towels. after that towels came very fast, but in quantities. we got like 6 huge towels… otherwise stay was wonderful

Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Furnishings were good quality. Lobby was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Restaurant was uncrowded and food excellent. I doid not use the pool but it looked inviting.

On a couple days during my 8 day stay, there were large organized groups staying at the hotel and the parking lot and lobby got crowded and difficult to navigate.
