no cooking utensils in the room made several trips to the front desk for dishes pots and pans but they kept telling me to come back but when I went back they still didn’t have any with the price that was paid every room should be accommodated with what they need especially when it’s in their accommodation list. so never received any. they don’t have enough to accommodate the customer. I asked for something to load my things on I was told they only had three and they were being used. everything that I asked for they I never got it. they got their money but I couldn’t get what I paid or what was advertised in the booking. other than that everything was good

I was able to come in and out without having to deal with so much surrounding foot traffic. Parking was always available and close to entry.
Some of the neighboring checks in were loud at late hours of the night during last couple of nights.

The people working the front desk Kevin and Karla are amazing and so friendly. I felt like they cared about me as a person. The manager was also so eager to help.

Very clean and well kept
No access to computer to print stuff. No breakfast available unless you wake up at 6 or 7:00 am. By 8:00 am, it’s all gone !!!

I liked that the hotel was literally 7 minutes from where my destination and that it was clean rooms and newly renovated. Great location. Pet friendly 😉
The elevator was broken when I got there on Thanksgiving. I had my dog, boyfriend and suitcase and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Not pleasant.. especially when u have to walk your dog too..

The size of the room 2 full an sofa bed room had space lots of it but needed an extra tv. The kitchen was pretty nice

The breakfast was good but would prefer a hot breakfast. The location was great close to a lot of restaurants, I 95 and the turnpike.
We had trouble with the room cards often. For the exterior door only.

Security was great always circling the property and scanning the parking lot 4 any trouble I felt very safe they were very personable as well and friendly
That they don't already have the linen for the pull out bed or the cookingware in the room and when you call to ask for some you have to go down and get it yourself which is very inconvenient if you have children or either way just getting a hotel mans probably exhausted or worn out and being as they work in one building they should offer to come and bring it to you right away
