Set on the inland waterway off the Clearwater coast, the apartments were set in a wood-framed traditional building complex. The building consists of two banks with rooms facing the car park, internally overlooking a putting course and one overlooking the waterway. The balcony was not private but formed part of the walkway which could be busy depending on what level you were on. Beach was a short walk and was the best aspect of the fasilities

The breakfast was laid out on a table with napkins covering the food, which seemed not ideal... you are given a ticket for breakfast which was included in the price, however, the focus seemed to be on securing a tip rather than providing a quality service. The initial room was on the ground floor facing the putting course and was awful, I paid to be upgraded to a sea view.. the room had a strong smell and the furniture needed a good clean. Not the standard I would expect from a Holiday Inn.

Once we got a new room the view was nice and the room was comfortable.

Initially, our room was way too small. We were given an upgrade because the bed was broken, lights didn't work and no view. We requested another room with a good bed and a view and were upgraded to a small suite for the inconvenience. Did not like that you had to pay for everything (putt putt indoor golf, and water park). Read quickly the web page and didn't notice the extra charge for golf especially. Had to pay to park as well ($20/day??!!).

the rooms are spaced apart to be quiet for sleeping unless yours faces the little golf course like ours was , than it’s loud and balls hit your door ! has a ramp at end where I was making it nice to roll my luggage since I am not to lift due to a surgery . great place to walk to everything Beach , restaurant s, or just walk the Dock and property

bathroom still had last person soap on top of shower , was not real clean , carpet had blood stains on it .I am a rewards member and yet was told to use my Booking.com app because it was cheaper than being a member 🤷‍♀️ the restaurant service outside has went to hell since 2 years ago and no seating. outside unless you have a balcony as we were supposed to have and instead got a handi cap room 🤷‍♀️

The room was nice and big. Had breakfast at Jimmy Guanas just a few doors down from our room and it was excellent. The location was in a good area, no problem getting in and out, loved riding around and looking at everything. Had a water park right there at the hotel. Great for all.

it was such an amazing, friendly beachfront place to stay. We meet the night manager, Russ Griggs, who told us everything we needed to know about the resort, and what it had to offer. He answered every question that we had, and he’s quite an asset to this holiday inn resort! We will definitely return and hope to spend time conversing with him again!!

very convenient to everything in central IRB. great bar and restaurant- water slide/pool are looked very busy! comfortable standard room- the cathedral ceiling really made it seem bigger that normal.

all seemed pretty decent. room prices were very high but it’s always that was during Easter/spring break.

Great location. 2 minute walk to a CVS and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

I was supposed to get a king villa with marina view but when we arrived to our room it was a double standard room with no view. I was so mad. They just charged me for the king villa. I called the lobby and no answer, then we went to the bar and I called again. They answered and told me that there were no rooms available but one would open in the morning. She also said she would comp our drinks. It was a pretty room but not the one I paid for. The next morning I called and they got us into the room we should’ve had before 10am. It was the most gorgeous room!

Stayed on Yacht and the staff at Harborside was great, helpful and courteous.

Prices of food was a little expensive and at my Birthday party the waitress really, really messed up the tabs my one girlfriend Bridgett ended up paying 3 tabs 2 not her's and over 300.00. Plus my tab had a lot of charges that wasn't mine mind was over 180.00. Bridgett and I got there early she started tabs with our credit cards and we ended up paying double or a lot of food and drinks that wasn't ours!!!!!!

Loved that it was right on the marina. We don’t get that kind of view in Oklahoma. Also loved that we got the suite so we were able to save a little bit of taco money by just making food ourselves.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t paid in full in the price we paid for the hotel for all 5 of us! It was misleading on the booking site!
