The staff was attentive and super friendly. The breakfast was ok. The location was great. They were having some issues with the right elevator not working and the left one moving very slow. Our shade fell down in our room. The room was clean. The facility was clean. Overall a good. Experience. We would definitely book there again.

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. the staff went out of their way to help with all my needs. The housekeeping team was very nice and provided supplies as I needed them. We were kept informed in case of a power outage. This was a pet friendly hotel and it was comforting to see all the evacuees allowed to bring their pets in a crisis situation. I was highly impressed and would stay there again.

We were originally booked in a connected room with other guests we didn't know who were loud because of the connecting door which sounded like we were all together in one room. Thankfully, the front desk clerk was able to give us a different room. The only other thing really was the inconvenience of trying to find parking when 3 truckers took up at least 10 parking spots for their trucks. This forced other guests to park across the street, which was probably upsetting especially on the day that it rained all day and night.

The cleaning lady, called Monique, knocked the door at 11:05am, and I answered soundly and clearly to come back later. She still opened the door and screamed that check out was at 11:00 am. I was dressing up and felt embarrassed together with my partner

Everything was perfect as always. I've stayed here a couple of times and always is perfect. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, room and bathroom very clean and big size, comfy beds, awesome breakfast with a lot of options. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Good Location. The manager and most of the front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good, a big variety. The breakfast staff were most accommodating and friendly. The supervisor of cleaning crew was most friendly.

There was only one small bench outside. Could use another. The water basin in the front of the hotel is not very attractive. A couple of the cleaning staff could use a pep talk as they appeared unhappy almost all the time (I stayed there about 5 weeks). One of the front desk ladies, mostly night shift, was very unprofessional and rude. Can’t remember her name but it wouldn’t take anyone too long to figure out who it is. Could use another washer and dryer as there was often a wait to use it.

Everything was perfect! Room and bathroom were big and very clean. All staff members were so kind. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options to chose. Public ice maker was working perfectly. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel. 10/10. Congrats!

The elevators wasnt working properly on busy weekend but staff was great attending our needs

The rooms were nice and clean. The property took precautions for the pandemic which was noticed the moment we walked in. Breakfast was great and the lady serving it was even better! She is phenomenal!
