We loved the easy access - between two areas so it was nice as we could go north and south for dinner and outings! Islamorada has a lot to do and to eat and drink and partake in. The facilities were clean- we felt safe and we loved the restaurant being right on site! People were friendly/ the staff was amazing! Close to some walking paths and Long Beach Key. The pool was clean and very nice! The beach was really non existent- very small but you could get into the water to snorkel and swim if you’d like. Yoga was awesome!

I felt the room was just a bit small/ I should have looked at the square footage as it was very small for two people over 12 days! It was hard for me to workout in- as there are no facilities to do that! So that was a bummer! I would have appreciated a small gym if only for some weights and mirrors. The sheets were annoying as they were almost too small for the bed. Trash bin(s) so small- had to emptied daily.

The setting was simply beautiful-right on the water with gorgeous views! There's a bar/restaurant on-site with good food, drink, and live music. The free breakfast was good, too. The room had a lovely ocean view and it was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were warmly welcomed by everyone. We loved our stay and the many extras-swimming pool, beach loungers, hammocks, games-corn hole, and a life-sized chessboard. Kayaks, bicycles, and paddleboards are also available on-site. Don't miss the sunsets-they're magnificent!

Location on the beach gorgeous. Free bike hire to go to local state park. It was too cold/windy for us to use the pickleball/SUP/kayak but good for others. Staff super friendly. Nice little touches like free coffee/tea in reception. Lovely room and bathroom with little kitchen and lots of space beautifully decorated.

Breakfast was truly awful!! Not much near there and it’s not actually in Islamorada so you have to drive there or to Marathon to eat out or for any attractions if the weather isn’t good enough to just lie by pool. You can’t swim in sea here. The area is very much for boating and fishing.

We stayed in a beautiful 3 BR townhouse. Our family of four had lots of room to spread out and it was a good opportunity to do laundry during our travel through the Keys. The balcony overlooked some trees with a partial view of the canal. This unit was located across the street from the reception, pool, and beach area. We took the kayaks for a quick spin in the morning before check out which was great -- very nice to have that included in the price. There are also bikes available.

Of course it would have been nice to be on the beach side of the road but we booked late and the fam appreciated a larger unit for one night. Apparently, there is another pool on the canal side of the road but it was under renovation.

Lovely little resort with three blocks of apartments on 2 floors. The beach area had hammocks, chairs and recliners which never seemed to get too busy. Also a heated pool, once again never busy. Our apartment was in the block adjacent to check in and the sun swung over in the afternoon…each apartment seems to have a dedicated parking space. There’s a nice bar / restaurant sharing the property. You can also kayak, paddle board and cycle for free. Very relaxed. Reception staff are very nice, especially Anja who was very smiley and chilled..

A little too close to the busy main road . Another 100 yds off the road would have been perfection but it was a minor gripe.

We loved the location, room, staff, being able to swim anytime in pool and the use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes was great.

Breakfast and restaurant facility let's it down. Breakfast was disappointing. All drinks served in plastic. Evening food was tasty, when you finally placed an order. Drinking expensive nice drinks out of plastic isn't pleasant. Seemed very disorganised and run on a shoestring.

We (family of 5) recently spent the first three nights of our this year's Florida vacation in this resort. We chose one of the town houses across the street which we already knew from our stay in 2022. The atmosphere and the flair was again amazing. Also the small beach and the amenities they offer for free (SUP, kayaks, bikes, ...). We contacted the resort to ask for the organization of a small birthday dinner for our daughter what worked perfectly (Thank you again, Terri!). So besides the stuff we disliked (see above), the resort and also the restaurant is absolutely recommended, the food there is really delicious and the stuff was super friendly!

The only thing that we disliked was the breakfast. You must know this was completely different in 2022. Back then they offered a regular buffet style breakfast in the restaurant next to the resort with eggs, bacon and so on. No limitations at all. This year, we got a voucher per person per day for a "complimentary continental breakfast". This could be found on the regular breakfast menu as well and costs around 15 USD. Besides free coffee, it consists of 1 glass of juice, 1 yoghurt or fruit salad, and a bunch of sweet buns or so. Any other dish on the menu had to be payed extra for and there was no flexibility to exchange parts or our whole breakfast with dishes of the same or a lower price.

The room was ideal, positioned close the private beach and pier and close to the main reception area. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, our luggage was delayed for over 3 days, the penalty for flying British Airways (not recommended, the most unfriendly and unhelpful airline) but the staff did everything they could to help us during this time, recommendations for pharmacy and essential clothing etc and most of all showed empathy.

Breakfast wasn't included in our offer. However, it was provided on our last day but was pretty basic.

Location was nice, but keep in mind you’re 5 miles plus from outside facilities. Beach to ocean 20’ wide… does have a nice view and beach like appearance with hammocks and lounge chairs that are nice with appropriate tree cover. Other amenities included on property will make your stay more comfortable! They communicate with you often to make sure that you have what you need. Many other options east and west, but this has what you need for the most part!

Continental breakfast available with order, breads, cereal, juices, fruit and yogurt… not available for room service… if you want eggs, meats (bacon or sausage) or anything else… available for pay order… quality of what you do get is fine. Room electric outlets are sparse and hidden behind bed, microwave and tv… but they are there. AC is ok, but do not leave door open for any length of time, humidity covers the floors in dew like environment… simple fix, don’t leave door open. Not being picky, just letting you know … the views and setting make up for it 🏖️😎.

The breakfast was adequate. For anyone eating at the on site restaurant the night before, it was probably not needed anyway due to the excellent quality and large quantity!

Not that I didn't like, just even better ifs............ I felt their could have been more information on local attractions, because this place is awesome! As an example the local guys in the bar told me about Robbies, which was excellent. I also researched a couple of the local nature trails and kayaking at Long Key and Curry Hamock State Parks, both of which were brilliant!
