My first room looked dated. The balcony door wasn’t working , they switched the rooms and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean writing was on the glass in the shower. So that tells me that they didn’t properly clean the shower. I bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned and wiped some the room. The AC unit wasn’t working properly and it leaked so the carpet was WET….

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, decided to go out for cheaper eats. Loved the location, had I realized it was on the river, I would have requested a room with a view of the water.

Parking. Decided to park the car myself instead of using the valet. Parking was full, so parked off property. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in my bill. Should have only been billed for 1 day parking. Other than that it was great.

For starters the room we booked wasn't available for some reason, so they gave us a suite! The bed was my favorite part as it was super comfortable, clean, and also had the most amazing view from the bed! The room was clean. Smelt nice and fresh. The staff was more than accommodating! We noticed upon check in that the pull out bed was broken. We went to dinner and when we came back it was fixed! I'm not sure why this place gets the horrible reviews that they do, but it's convenient and well worth the money we spent! Will reccomend to friends and family, and we will be booking again in the future!

Chechin was easy. Cookies a nice touch. Valet attendants were helpful. Restaurant meals were good. Theresa was very friendly. Burger very good. Buffet breakfast was good.

Did not like the room. No microwave. No refrigerator. Was supposed to be a queen bed. It was a twin. Bed was very soft in the middle. Trash can was confusing. Hard to figure which side to use. $190 is too much for this room without above needed improvements.

The location is exceptional. Easy walk along the river, to San Marco, and across the bridge to downtown proper. A first class steak house is adjacent and there are other great resto options close by.

The lobby is cavernous and not inviting. There is no breakfast. We couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to work. Decoration of the rooms is just OK.

The location was very nice other than I asked for river view way in advance and instead got a city view👩🏽🤔😒

My room location I asked for river view and got city view OH As Well I Had to pay $20 to park, because they allowed outside viewers to pay $10 for the lot that valet was to use for the guest👩🏽😒😡❗️

Ppl not staying at Doubletree filled up most underground parking. It was terrible trying to park . The parking garage door states it will be locked after 10pm. It was open and some street ppl were inside using the facilities. It didn’t feel safe.

Location was spot on. Parking easy under the hotel. Bed very comphy..pool perfect. glad we paid extra for breakfast, it was lovely and had everything. Staff very friendly and helpful...

Very dated, not like the hilton standard I thought..and been to in england.. Perfect place near the river. Just needs freshening up..
