We stayed for a week and having a full fridge, stove microwave and plenty of parking in a gated parking lot was very convenient. It was right next to the another resort that offered breakfast and entertainment. The pool was clean, warm and not crowded. There was other entertainment that we didn't use like tennis court, puzzles, cribbage; But the staff were very polite, accommodating and helpful. Last note was the screened in porch facing the docks was enjoyable for watching the sunrise in the morning, with the windows and doors open with no bugs. 10/10 will stay again.

Not many con's. There weren't a ton of things to do surrounding the resort so that left a drive and slight isolation; which could be positive or negative.

Very spacious and clean. Second floor bedroom and bath were lovely. We enjoyed listening to music from the nearby restaurants from our deck. Very close to John Pennekamp which we enjoyed thoroughly. We did not use the pool but others seem to be enjoying it. I believe it is heated. Also loved the cookies that came out around 4 p.m. Good price point!

At this time, there was a construction mess under the condos. All the balconies had plastic sheeting and painters tape just pushed aside. With a little effort, the exterior could have looked nicer. Still, it would not deter me from staying there again.

The accommodations were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were thick and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with most of what anyone could need to do their own food preparation. I really enjoyed our large screened balcony with multiple seats. We were able to tour in both directions from this location. Key west and Everglades National Park were a couple hours drive in either direction which was nice. I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Location was nice. Room was great size for a couple. Okay size for 3 friends but not much more than that. Nice kitchen & bath area. Staff was great. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant. Was glad the Blackwater Siren was next door.

I really enjoy a nice size pool with chairs around the pool, but it worked.

Dated furniture but they doing a great job keeping it clean. terrible amount of mosquitoes in parking lots ( normal for the keys) bitten Alice packing and unpacking but front and back doors all screened so no issues around unit. being right on water, every boat going by seems to blast music louder than the other in some kind of contest. but small inconvenience for the water views.

extremely clean, all staff was wonderful, screened balcony overlooking water at your feet, clean barbecues, heated pool, this resort met and even exceeded our expectations for our trip. will come back.

smell inside. Daily room service woujd be appreciated. could increase some better facilities like a bar, some tea coffee ( not only when the reception is open/ office hours), possibility of breakfast/light snack would be useful. more service would be a good addition

Great view with the piers, the wreck and an amazing sunset. Functional and large apartment, good for a large family. Very nice personnel, smiling and flexible.

Room was a little dated. A/C was loud ; ok for us in April as we turned it off for the night, but could be a problem in the summer.

View from the balcony was fabulous. Good size room. Nice pool area with seating to look at the harbour view

Nothing really, maybe some food or drink on the premises but you can walk to bar or tackle shop next door

We loved it there. Management was very accommodating with our requests we had and were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the view was spectacular!

The location, even with the views, was ok. You do have to drive everywhere as it is not walkable.
