Room was priced at a good value. We were accommodated with early check-in and we were warmly welcomed. Room was clean & comfortable with all the basic necessities. Nice pool area that seemed recently updated. Pool towels and kayaks for guest use. Many restaurants/ bars in the area & a state park (with entry fee) with beaches within 5 or so miles. Nice 24 hour bakery very close by too.

We witnessed an older gentleman fishing off the pier at midnight; he rudley left smelly fish guts all over the concrete and one of the loungers which by 7:30am the next morning made the area unusable due to the odor. Almost all the loungers had broken components and need to be replaced.

The hotel was locally owned and it was great!! The owners were accommodating and so friendly. They actually took us to out room and went over anything we needed to know. The pool was right outside our door and we could take about 4 minutes to walk to the water with a great dock and tiki hut cover. Provided lounge chairs on the water, kayaks and paddle boats. The room was immaculate and had a stove, refrigerator, Microwave, coffee pot and all dishes , utensils etc. Perfect for us. The price was great and we would definitely stay here longer next time. We will use it as our base to go to different Keys. We just saw it on Priceline, liked the reviews and went for it, so glad we did. Thank you !!!!

This property is a real Keys treat. There is a small private sand beach that has shallow water so it is easy to get in and out of Florida Bay. There are lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy...and plenty of shady areas. Kyaks are available on site. Also a cute Tiki Hut with a picnic table right near the water at the end of a long pier makes for great sunset watching. Barbecue area also available. Very convenient parking. The room #22 is enormous with a king bed, living/dining area with very comfy couches and chairs and separate sitting room. This room has a very large screened in porch on the second floor overlooking the pool and bay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all a great place to chill and commune with nature.

In the summer there are mosquitoes at night so take repellent.

We had 5 beautiful days at your resort. Linda and Jerry and really, EVERYONE was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The grounds were terrific and we loved relaxing by the water and watching the Sunset at night. The pool was clean and enjoyable and the whole stay we had a quiet atmosphere. it was truly a wonderful place to stay and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do.

The pool temperature was a little warm, which we understand there was an issue with the controls. We still however enjoyed the pool regardless.

Nice little resort. Heated pool, very clean. Little beach. Beautiful tiled stone picnic tables on the pier overlooking the sea. Fair sized rooms but your not hanging out in them anyways, your outside. Walking distance to 3 restaurants, convenience store. The whole place is small enough your car parks close to your room and everything is within easy reaching distance which is nice for kids. No walking for 5 mins to your room n then forgetting something from the car and making the long trek back, it’s 10 seconds max. We loved it.

EVERYTHING ! STAFF WAS VERY NICE. ROOMS AND PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. THE POOL HAD COOL WATER AND FELT VERY REFRESHING. SUNSETS WERE AWESOME 😎 I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK........THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING VACATION . They also have free kayaks and a paddle boat for the guests to enjoy. I also enjoyed the bonsai garden.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave and go back to reality. ....

The staff and owners here were beyond accommodating with taking public transportation and wierd hours of travel. The property was spotless and I stayed in one of the updated rooms.... just gorgeous. Cute coffee truck across the street, shell shop and souvenirs 0.3 miles away and a cute little fish shack and bar across the street. You'll be seeing me again soon yall!

The suite was spacious and nicely appointed, far exceeding our expectations. The small private dock and beach were lovely and we really enjoyed the sunsets. Parking, while unassigned, was plentiful. Conveniently located yet out of the way. The staff we met were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed their pet dog who so warmly greeted us in the reception.

No housekeeping which, given the price, was surprising. Likewise, even though we knew there would be no complimentary breakfast, given the price we found this surprising although the suite had a coffee maker and a small fridge. On the first morning we had to run the water for 8 minutes before it got hot and subsequently we usually had to wait between 2 and 3 minutes each time before it even got warm. The bathroom was very small.

Nice environment for a family stay. The swimming pool， paddle boat, kayak, private beach, sunset watching deck. We got upgraded to a full kitchen. There are grocery stores and outlets within 15 mins drive. It is close yo Miami and Everglade, and it is the entrance to Key West.

The only pity was that the pool closes at 8 pm so we couldn't use it afterward. It would be nice to extend to 9 pm minimum. The same applies to the paddel boat. So we have to arrange our activities differently.

The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was heated and very clean, had a grilling area and a beach, lots of beach chairs and kayaks to rent. The view was amazing, watched the sunset at the pier with other guests each night. Very homey feeling, everyone was relaxed and met all the neighbors within the first days. Linda and Sassy were super sweet. We will be planning another trip back next year!!!
