This is our second year staying here and we love the location. Very close to everything & traveling with your pet, it’s the perfect location! Subway, the dollar store and such are right next door. Docs breakfast across the street was phenomenal! Pizza at the tiki bar was 7/10! They were out of pepperoni, but the sausage was great.

We had weird appearances of sugar ants all over the night stand, bathroom and table/coffee area. My daughter left a sweet tea on the night stand and it was COVERED in them. We were given wrist band keys which I loved the concept but ours would randomly stop working, we went through 3 sets. We also were aggressively approached by a security guard while out by the pool about our key bands, I showed mine and he question why my husband didn’t have one, I said our daughter just went up to the room and has it. And he got snappy acting as if we didn’t really have a room there. He approached every guest in a really aggressive manner & everyone looked around wondering what the heck was going on. Other than that, the staff was great.

The staff was amazing and very nice. They allowed pets and my boat parking with the trailer. I loved the location on the south end of Key Largo, allowing easy access to multiple keys. It was walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and the harbor. Easy access to ethanol free fuel right out front. The property was very clean.

They should have two hot tubs, as it was crowded in late December. The queen sized beds seemed more like full sized. The rooms were a little tight spaced.

very good hotel, nice location, very nice pool area, good breakfast. The best thing was by far that breakfast was served on real plates, metal cutlery, NO plastic at all. We loved that and appreciate that as a good example of which a lot of other hotels in Florida could learn. Staff was very friendly, especially during check in and the quick clean up of the little sea we had in our room caused by a defrosting fridge.

The bathroom was very small and a bit worn out. Not dirty or so, but simply old. Some rusty screws here and there and some drops of water coming through the roof.

Well the room they did not clean that good there was details on the coffee couple of cops they left it there with water that I use but they did not take it.but they work hard but not smart.sorry.but being honest.😁

It was nice, rooms were clean and the pool and Marina areas were pretty. There is plenty of room for guests at the pools and a small tiki bar. Inside there is a sizable common area with comfortable seating as well as dining tables. The restaurant on the pier at the marina was excellent!

We paid for a pool/marina view but got the parking lot - they did let us check in early but didn't explain we would lose the view. It isn't a deal breaker I would stay there again.

Love the location of the hotel

The pool needs more attention plenty of iguanas and the cleaning staffs needs to be more toon in understanding . Spent 3 days and my room wasn’t clean once no sign was placed and I never told them not to

Good location. Our room faced the Marina which was nice. Comfy bed. Both pools were great, especially the one with the waterfall. The bartender made us one of his specialty frozen drink and it was delicious!! Very friendly staff.

My one and only complaint would be that the sink and tub were slow in draining the water.

The property was absolutely beautiful, the location is amazing, many walking trails.

You would think if you pay $2,000 to stay, you get breakfast included… or even a Microwave to heat up the food. we had to get assistance from the cooks to try and find somewhere we could heat up our food and eat. one of the only things I disliked about the property.

Nice rooms, great pool area and tiki bar!

Too much loud music in the pool area for my personal taste. Quite far from everything - if you don’t have a car, plan to use quite some money on Uber or taxis.
