The location was excellent because it was only 30 steps to Duval Street, which is the street with all the entertainment. It was within walking distance of all the museums and tourist sites. They also provided a complementary breakfast each morning. Parking was free, although three blocks away. However, we never used the rental car because of very limited parking availability in the city.

The complimentary breakfast would have been better with more fruit, like bananas and apples, not just pineapple. Also, providing individual low-fat milk for breakfast drink would be a good addition to the orange juice and coffee.

When we arrived and checked in, we had gotten a free upgrade! Not sure if it was for our wedding or not. But it was so appreciated just the same. The room was gorgeous and clean. There were mints on the table. And some wonderful little shortbread cookies on top of the mini fridge. The bathroom was amazing. We had a wonderful terrace. The garden area has a great little pool. Their breakfast bar had mimosas. The staff was incredible! So kind and so polite! They did whatever they could to accommodate anything we needed.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the center, but still on the quiet side. The courtyard pool is small but nice. Parking was included in the room, but it is located three blocks away (better than nothing, Key West parking spaces are hard to come by). The room was clean and spacious enough.

The bathroom is clean and spacious, but the water pressure in the shower was really weak, it was difficult to take a shower. I would expect better for the price. The breakfast is not special, there is no protein (bread, bun, fruit) and the advertised Mimosa had to be made from orange juice and cheap sparkling wine. The locks in the apartments were bad, it would be worth investing in updating them. Each door can be torn open.

parking in a separate parking lot, 10 minutes from the hotel, for it they took a deposit of $50 from the card. you must pick up the car before 11am on the day you are leaving. and they also have a cat living on the property, I liked it. this hotel is also close to Ernest Hemmingway's home.

The air conditioner is a little noisy. breakfast was empty, only 3 types of cereal, milk and juice. I didn’t find anything I could eat, so I had breakfast in a cafe.

Always clean rooms, convenient faciity to everything. Nice hot tub! Staff very pleasant.

That was where it fell short! It rained every day we were there and the breakfast area was soaked. There was a very hokey leakey awning covering it and fir the cost of this place should be replaced. This was our 4th stay there but this was not good

Nice cozy property. The bed was comfortable. Very close to city centre and very quiet at night. The continental breakfast was limited but enough to get you started. The pool/spa was nice to have. The parking was 3 blocks from the property but not really a big issue as you can park in front to unload/load and it was included in the price.

Lovely little Inn in a perfect location for exploring the town on foot! Parking was easy once we dropped off luggage. Staff was kind, facilities were immaculate, breakfast was sufficient, pool was good.

The room itself was smaller than expected for the cost of the inn; however, it was one of the cheaper options in Key West. Bathroom and the space around the bed were a bit tight. Luckily there were no roosters on the property but we did spot iguanas and a cat that appeared to be pretty comfortable around the pool area.

Breakfast was simple and good. We had our fill. The facility is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, the staff is friendly. The limited space is used very cleverly. Everything is in good working order.

The spaces are tight but we understand that that is characteristic of the limited space of the neighborhood. We would have liked a chair to sit in in the room. These are minor things because the inn is very comfortable for a getaway weekend like this was for us. The lack of chair in the room is made up for with chairs in the social spaces.

We loved staying at the Seascape Tropical Inn. We came to Key West for a family destination wedding. The location was perfectly located within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. The staff was very pleasant and always helpful. We felt safe and comfortable being there.

The cost was high but comparable to everywhere else for the location.

Perfect location. Close to Duval, but quiet. Pretty room, excellent staff who were helpful with getting checked in early and held our luggage for us until we could check in.

No parking on site, but they did give us a free parking permit 3.5 blocks away near Green Parrot Bar. Hotel taxes are too high. Hot-tub sized pool.
