It was available. Julie at the front desk was very personable. The location was fine to where we were going in the morning and close to food/shopping (if needed). The beds were comfy and rooms very clean. The halls were quiet and accessible.

The pool closed at dusk because of no lights. There were lights though. We had an awful experience before coming here. We rented somewhere just so my kids could swim. That first place was awful and found this as a backup. I didn’t see the modified swim hours here, or I would have chosen elsewhere. By the time we got here I was defeated, so it was fine, just disappointing.

Hot breakfast was much better than other hotel breakfasts. Eggs and protein were always available in addition to pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and continental-style options. A variety of upscale juices was very good.

I had to pay $30 per night per pet. That's an unreasonable upcharge. No extra service was rendered; no housecleaning was performed during my entire stay. This rate is a penalty.

I liked that there was recycling trash cans and the staff doing the breakfast were absolutely wonderful

I did Like that the pool closed at 8 o’clock. We were told that there was a lighting issue, but I don’t understand when we swim at our own risk during the day, why can’t we swim at our own risk at night? it was very hot during the week that we stayed in Florida and it would’ve been nice to dip in the pool in the evenings 

This hotel was great. The room was comfortable and one thing I noticed is that it was quiet. In other words, you didn't hear noise from the room next to you or out in the hallway. The cleaning staff was terrific and very accomodating when we'd ask for more towels, etc. The breakfast was excellent. It was kept stocked and cleaned up even tho there were many people coming and going throughout the breakfast hours. Plus they offered more variety than most hotel breakfasts I've seen. The front desk staff was very helpful with all of our questions as well. We'd definitely go back to this hotel again!

The pool was mineral water-- just like the springs we came to visit! The bed and pillows were so unbelievably comfortable. We had 2 adults and 4 kids, plus my ESA dog. The king suite with a sofa bed worked out great. They even let us have a pool party for our 15 year old since most of the parks were closed due to the storm. Definitely will book this place again. Thank you Joy and the staff members for allowing us to celebrate here.

It was the usual hotel free breakfast

The beds are new but very high. Retirees find using high beds difficult. Also, the hotel only had one room with a walk-in shower and it had been reserved. Hotels need more rooms with walk-in showers, very few people take tub baths at hotels anymore, showers are more convenient.

Comfortable and roomy enough.

A safe was available but did not work and front desk didn’t know how to work and only offered to move us to another room after unpacking.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were hot and cold items for breakfast—beyond adequate. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Can’t think of anything that was lacking.

Clean rooms. Pleasant staff.

Unsavory types sleeping in their (2) vehicles in the parking lot. When we mentioned this to the night clerk, she said that there was nothing she could do. We felt uncomfortable walking our dog out front.

The lady attending the counter was great!! I was exhausted and could no longer go!! She helped take my stress off and made my stay very comfortable!!!

It was clean!!!
