Holiday Inn Express & Suites was located at I-75 and close to the Villages. They were pet friendly with a fee but very clean! The staff was always friendly throughout my 2 day stay. My small dogs are usually nervous when we go to a hotel, but they instantly fell asleep and were relaxed during our stay. Breakfast was available daily with yummy pancakes. The shower was huge and easy to enter and exit. Even tho they were more expensive than other hotels in the area, it was well worth the additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-75, and about 4 miles from The Villages. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean (we had a Queen suite), and facilities were clean as well. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom with walk-in shower was large.

Everything was great clean as usual and friendly staff at front desk and the lady during breakfast is always nice since the facility open I’ve visited several times and my experience with them is always good. Keep up the great job

Nothing they’re awesome here

Good location. Enjoyed the pool and heated jacuzzi. Breakfast was served early. Room had a good layout and the right kind of furniture, really liked the bench for luggage. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Everything was very clean.

I couldn't find a bar of soap for my hands at the sink. I used soap from the dispenser in the shower.

Very clean, new and spacious rooms. Great breakfast options. Convient location. Comfy beds.

It's my third time staying there. All the front-desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and willing to help except the one we had this time. I don't know if she had a long day or something. Just a suggestion to the Management.

The breakfast was just ok. It could have had a better selection of foods. It only had Scrambled eggs, sausage links and pancakes. Most places have gravy and biscuits.

Easy to get to for on and off of the interstate. Only weird thing was the carpets felt soapy and would suds when walking on with wet feet, other than that, was a great place and wold stay again!!

My room was well appointed and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The manager, Shelly, was very responsive to my concerns during a trying time of sheltering during Hurricane Ian.

I can't think of anything negative.

The staff (Marcie, I think was the receptionist, was superb) was gracious, personable and professional. The breakfast was a real winner!!

Nothing that you could possibly control

the doors to the rooms were very heavy which made them hard to open and then they were loud when they closed, but other than that it was a great place to stay
