The whole site was very clean and comfortable I enjoyed that.

I was there on business just one day when I got there, to check in I was met with an interrogation by the gentleman with glasses behind the counter it wasn't pleasant whatsoever. Almost made me feel like I wasn't welcome I was really close to just going to another place saying forget about it. That kind of put me in a bad mood for the rest of my stay but the property was clean when I left the lady in the morning was extremely pleasant I wish I would have met her at the beginning, the housekeeping was extremely polite and pleasant. So my night began terrible but ended fantastic because of the people you had during the morning just little work on this check-in experience I don't really care to be interrogated.

Friendly staff, clean, overall good stay. In town to visit family so not being on the water was ok for us since we were away from traffic of downtown fort Walton and destin. Price is both a pro and con. Every hotel in the area way over inflated their prices for the holiday weekend much more than previous years but this Hampton was on the lower end in comparison

Location was great for visiting multiple beaches and the front desk staff was amazing.

Had to request fresh towels and that they remove our trash from the previous day.

it was very clean and convenient to where we were visiting. we will be back in April and plan to stay here.

staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved the area. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

breakfast was good, however, various juice selections from the electronic juice machine were broken and select fruit items were not available on various days.

Upon arrival, the baggage cart had flat tires and one of the two elevators in the facility was inoperable.

Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. showers had great water pressure. Staff was exceptionally nice.

i didnt like that there weren't bags in trash cans I understand hotel is eco friendly but I felt bad each time i put trash in the can. also our curtains were pinned open so you couldn't close them so we weren't able to sleep in because the room was too sunny
