Although the room (322) had a mild odor at the entrance that I tackled each day with my Lysol spray, it was spotless. Considering the age of the building, I was surprised. All the linen was bright white and soft!!! The only thing that was very dirty was the window (exterior side).

2 of the 4 days I was down for the grab-and-go breakfast around 7:30am and the bar was missing something, one day only the beverages were there; the 2nd time there weren’t any cups. Each time the ladies immediately stocked the items.

The suite was great, the hotel location was convenient.

Since this is a place for long term rental, it was a little noisy, and in the back of the hotel a lot of people were wandering around, walking their pets and smoking pot. One big pitbull jumped on me as we were waiting for the elevator, when the door opened the animal jumped on me and his owner just kept going talking on the phone, no apologies, nothing. So I think that the occasional visitors for leisure or business should have a separate section in these places, away from the permanent dwellers. The hotel also advertised "free breakfast included"...well I never imagined that it was only coffee and a small muffin. That's all!

The room was nice and "roomy", at least it had a sofa. The bed was comfortable. We stayed 3 nights but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but I'm sure it would've been a cozy place to stay in and relax, especially on a rainy day.

The tv didn't work very good. The battery cover was tape and did not hold them in very good, and I guess the batteries were bad, because the TV was hard to turn on or change channels. Other than that nothing to complain about.

We brought our own breakfast because yours was so limited. Would not consider it as breakfast provided. Could affect our future decision to stay here. Nice to have full size fridge and stove. Staff was very courteous. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed comfortable chair. Excellent location.

There were no dishes, toaster, pots in the room. We had to transport everything from downstairs. No soap to wash dishes. Kitchen was not set up for extended stay. When requesting dishes, we were told they were limited and had to be washed before ready for pickup. Would like two chairs for eating at counter.

Front desk person. She was friendly, smiled a lot, & very helpful. Wasn’t aware that there was a full kitchen, very cool, will remember next time.

Thought “free breakfast “ would big bigger, not just grab & go, could be my fault for not checking, it’s ok though, partner did grab a cup of coffee to go. Thank you for that.

Great location. Very convenient. If I were pressed to comment, I'd say the morning coffee set up was just a bit underwhelming. There were no creamers or stirring straws or anything like that. It's a nit-noid. Your staff was fine. The room was comfortable, and I appreciate all your work in making the property pleasant.

Staff was great, very helpful, place was clean, within walking distance to a mall and other major stores.

The grab-n-go breakfast was a disappointment, essentially coffee and cold muffins (like just out of the refrigerator) that you either stood and ate or took back to your room.

We enjoyed our stay there and it fitted in with our privacy and safety requirements

Love the room, and kitchen availability. It was clean and updated. Water pressure is good.

Ice trays but no ice machine, breakfast was spartan…don’t mention that it’s a muffin and limited coffee. Lighting in bath was poor, couldn’t use for makeup application.
