The shuttle bus to and from the airport. Apparently you can use the shuttle to take you anywhere within a certain radius for a few dollars. I always book a room with a balcony, although small it is more than adequate for a couple. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is very smart with plenty of large lifts and trolleys for your cases. Staff on reception are great. It sometimes pays to book a room with breakfast included, as the buffet is more than excellent and a nice treat to start your day.

The Front Office Manager, Jessie, was very accommodating and helpful. Despite the fact we arrived several hours before the scheduled check-in time, she arranged for us to get not only the room we needed but also got it cleaned and ready for us within an hour! Exceptional Customer Service!

Because my husband is disabled, we required an accessible room with bathroom grab bars on the right hand side (my husband is paralyzed on the left side as a result of a stroke). Although the room met our needs, the bar by the toilet was WAY too high (unless the person using the bar is 7 feet tall)! In our personal opinion, having done a fair bit of travelling and as people who live with a disability on a daily basis, the bar by the toilet should be lowered. Also, the towel shelf is directly over the toilet grab bar and, as a result, my husband kept hitting his head and his shoulder on it! It needs to be moved elsewhere in the room.

The staff was what most impressed me during my stay. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so friendly, not just courteous but friendly. Though we did not get to use the pool we did visit it and wished we had had more time to enjoy. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the fitness facilities were much appreciated (had to work off breakfast :)

During check in there was a line of several of us with only one clerk at the desk. But that changed after about 5 minutes another member of the staff came out to move the line along and we were quickly checked in with directions to room.

Restaurant food and service was very good.

We were not refreshed for towels one day and had to call the front desk for towels. We received them quickly after the call. Also, I paid for an upgrade to a king size bed and free breakfast buffet but did not receive the coupon to present to the wait staff when we checked in. We were presented with the bill after we ate. I checked with the front desk and got my meal comped and then received enough coupons for the rest of our stay. The coupons should have been presented to us upon checking.

Staff were really nice and we loved the fact that there was a free shuttle bus which would take you and bring you back from anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It meant going for a meal was easier because you could relax and have a drink. Very convenient if you are flying in to Melbourne. The food in the bar was very nice and it is an excellent location to get to Kennedy space centre.

It was starting to look a little tired or worn. It was very clean though.

Front Desk was confused with our checkout date, Had to extend and re key. The message on the mirror in the bathroom indicates room housekeeping is on request which is ok and great actually. However , one day we went down to the front desk and made the request after 10:00 am for the same day and it was handled as requested. The second day we did the same and were told our request would have had to been made the night before as housekeeping picks up the requests at 8:00 am. The message on the mirror says nothing about requesting the night before. We did get what we needed but the staff at the front desk apparently don't see the requests the same way.

all the drawers in the room are super low, along with the toilet and the bathroom set up is weird with the handle to turn the shower on being on the other side of the door so you get wet turning on the shower to warm up no matter what. little things

Absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff were so very kind and attentive. Loved that we had great food for dining- and Starbucks for our early departure!!! (Even having the bar readily available for a much needed glass of wine!)

House keeping don't come and clean your room you have to call them and ask before 10am. I asked house keeping that was cleaning rooms on my same hall just to take out the trash and give me new towels. She told me that's not her room to call front desk. That's when I found out you have to call before 10. But they sent the bell boy to dump my trash and he came with fresh towels. So it was a bad but they help me after all. So the outcome was good.

I called early into the day of arrival as we weren't going to get in until after midnight. The front desk woman checked me in over the phone. When I arrived the night shift woman knew of our very late arrival and checked us within a few minutes. They had snacks and drinks available for purchase which was awesome because of our flights being during dinner time and quick layover.

The pillows are made out the feather material, so they were very flat and not comfy.
