Staff was great the room was excellent, couldn't find any problems with the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Usually all the Hamptons that we've stayed at the breakfast very good this particular Hampton left off some of the main items that they should have had, like they did not have biscuits and gravy no patty sausage. The eggs were cold and the sausage links tasted funny could not eat them.

Everything and everyone from check in to check out was phenomenal! Ollie checked us in and was very professional and courteous! He explained everything we needed to know in a very succinct manner to include directions to our room, wifi, etc. We absolutely loved the personalized text messages as well as the ability to respond and request assistance. We had an issue with the hairdryer blowing a fuse, 2 hours before we had to be at a wedding! The front desk was amazing at getting that taken care of for us.

Nothing, best facility I have stayed in over 30 years!

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is decent. The staff are nice and helpful. They prepare home baked cookies every evening. There is a big Walmart nearby. It is easy to get fresh fruit and vegetables.

The windows cannot be opened at all, so it's not possible to get fresh air from outside. I stayed there for two weeks for work and by the end, it felt quite suffocating due to the poor air quality. The flow of the shower water was quite weak; I'm not sure if this is because of the water pressure or the shower head itself. There was no water boiler in the room. If I wanted to make tea, I had to go downstairs every time to get hot water, which sometimes wasn't even hot.

We loved that check in was very easy and the employees at check in and check out were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, the waffles were yummy. The eggs were lukewarm and rubbery. Same for the bacon, but there were other choices to eat so you weren’t left hungry. The cleanliness of the property was great too. From the downstairs area to the rooms. Everything was clean and brand new feeling.

The beds and pillows. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows just were terrible. Way too soft for my liking.

The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious with a cheery and well-lit ambience. Noise from outside of the room was minimal. Given the side tables, desk, and movable foot rest (all of which were in good condition), there was ample room for two opened suitcases and other bags/backpacks. The front desk staff (available 24/7) were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of eggs, potatoes, oat meal, etc. The hotel is within walking distance of a Wawa and is conveniently located right off of Palm Bay road. This was my second stay here (traveling for business with my family) and the accommodations represent a good value for the price.

If one arrives at the hotel late (after 8:00 PM), one may have to park in the back of the hotel, though the hotel's side entrances make the trek to one's car shorter in this case. The sliding door that covers the bathroom entrance doesn't seem to have a locking mechanism. Also, there wasn't a vending machine on my floor, but one can buy convenience items from the shop on the first floor lobby.

The room was very good size for three adults to sit and there was ample sleeping room. The room was decorated very nicely I especially liked the big double closet and the walk-in shower. The king size bed was amazing and the fold out sofa was pretty comfortable. The chocolate chip cookies in the evening was an added bonus and the tea and coffee also was very nice

A couple days timing of house-keeping didn't coordinate as well with my needs . No big deal though. An opportunity was offered to come back later which I did not accept. Other: missed taking trash out one day some dirty towels were on the floor in closet when I arrived .

Lovely big room, with everything you needed. Free coffee, help yourself at anytime. The pool and gym was great, I had the whole pool to myself, while my husband used the gym. The staff were all so friendly.

No bar. But bars around with a little bit of a walk.

The Breakfast was great. Regina and Karen from the Breakfast staff were warm and inviting. They all were approachable, kind, and made you think you were a valued friend.

Wish the pool Didn’t close at 9. Wished the laundry wasn’t just cashless and still took quarters.

Nicely decorated room. Good breakfast, but rather american style: no vegetables are available, limited choice, but in nice restaurant. Cookies and coffe available in the lobby. Attentive personel at the reception (without any problem we changed room for more quiet)
