Room, view, beach

Arrived at 9:00 am. Checked in at 4:00 pm. Didn't offer to check in earlier, although the room was ready. We could have paid some reasonable price, considering that we were with a child after a long flight.

Beautiful beach . Very good service on the beach .

Very dated bathroom. Didn't realize that no Dining table in our room. Island chairs are almost impossible to use.

Location is perfect ! The hotel is beach front in a very nice building next to the Porsche and trump towers buildings , and the rooms are just unbelievable. I had the bad luck I had a construction next to my room but the windows were sound proofed so didn’t hear a thing . The rooms view was spectacular , having both bay and beach view . Would recommend 100% .

Just as an add , i would give that spectacular terrace al, beach and pool bar more life , like adding acoustics concerts to the clients and outsiders that want to have drinks in front of the beach in that very nice small bar .

Ocean front view balcony is great, especially if you are on the upper floors. (make sure to stay towards the right side, not left if you're facing the ocean. There is major construction on the left side of the building). The bedroom views are great. Ocean front rooms have 2 bathrooms which is convenient.

There are no locks on bathroom doors. The AC was broken the first night and the following morning took a while for the maintenance to fix it (was frozen). Pool could be larger. Major construction next to the building which made it quite noisy.

Great location to decent restaurants and shops.

The construction that they can’t change but the “game room” for kids was in an odd looking below the parking garage. They should call it a kids room as such as it’s only for older kids. The beach need to have its own rinsing section to avoid getting sand in the hotel. Also housekeeping never cleaned up the sand that got into the bathroom. Just little things neglected.

The cleaning personnel was not so good. Also there is a ongoing constructions besides the hotel, so it was very noisy at my room and at the pool because of this. The restroom was not operating at the pool, so we had to back to hotel room.

Cleaning personnel, absent of cutting board and good knife. I rented suite with kitchenette, ongoing construction, noise.

We did an upgrade to the penthouse with a great view over the sea and city! It was very spacious und clean. On the rooftop we even had a jacuzzi for our private use.

Currently there is a construction site right next to the building with some noise starting in the morning (if on vacation you probably would like to sleep in).

We have had the pleasure of an exceptional stay at Marenas throughout our entire trip. From the commencement to the conclusion of our stay, the staff consistently exceeded our expectations. Please do not let the adjacent construction deter you from staying here. Although it presents a minor inconvenience, the staff and property more than compensate for it.

Not being able to stay longer.

I'm staying in this hotel for the second time. Everything looked like it had slightly worn out over the last year. Everything was perfect last year. This year we got the same room. The TV in the room had a damaged screen. There was a shortage of some dishes, while other ones looked worn out and unsuitable for cooking. Broken cabinet doors, other minor wear and tear... I think the hotel management should pay attention to this. However, despite these minor issues, this is still a lovely hotel! The staff are polite and attentive, ready to help and to answer any questions. The ocean view rooms are stunning, check-in, check-out, stay, price/quality - everything is great. In addition to the small drawbacks I mentioned earlier, I can only note the rather small pool. Otherwise, everything is good.
