I love the fact that We could walk to the beach, the pool was beautiful and clean. We have the convenience of a. Small kitchen, parking was great, ah a balcony with table to eat and watch the view Just love it.

If there was something I over looked.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. Very nice and professional staff. Restaurant serve good food at a good price.

The lobby is gorgeous and kept very clean. The pool area and beach are amazing ! The large balcony and views are perfect.

The air conditioner was out for two days. The rooms could've been cleaner and needs updated. The hallways and even our room constantly smelled of pot. We had to wait for two days for clean towels and wash cloths. The onsite restaurant was overpriced and we were served canned cokes with our 102 dollar meal which consisted of two chicken tender plates and two sub sandwiches with fries. No refill without buying another over priced canned drink.

Safe area, nearby the beach, pool lounge chairs and two towels included, free wi-fi, in room safety deposit box, kitchenette, right across Publix supermarket and Pharrmacy. Convenient bus location, right in front of the hotel for those that don't drive yet love to go shopping at Aventura Mall or get to the TD Bank as well as to the little restaurants located within the few Plaza's along Collins Ave. Easy access (by bus or within walking distance) to booths for free Covid testing located 3-4 blocs from the hotel. Great front office, concierge and restaurant staff :)

Although the guest rooms are serviced regularly, the bath, hand and face towels have been far overused therefore need to be replaced. The air condition can not be adjusted therefore it can get really cold esspecially when during the night the weather temperature drops.

i love this property. It's cheaper, the desk staff are really nice and accomodating, and it is on the ocean. It's not Trump Towers and is an older property, so can have maintenance issues like one elevator (of two) in repair, but the rooms are clean. Resort fees and parking are very reasonable also. I also like that from the time i leave my room, i can be in the ocean within a few minutes and without a crowd. Can't get that at any of the big oceanfronts.

After I had booked this stay, I read the reviews on the hotel and I became nervous and skeptical. All that put aside, I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy, staff were cordial and the room was clean and comfortable. This is an old and dated hotel but a true bargain for the area. It will be sad when this goes.

I loved the location, the beach, the room was cleaned early every morning and the French food at the restaurant attended by the owners.

The central air conditioning was too hot sometimes. We are unable to control the room temperature.

location was top. Few feet to the beach and grocery store a block away. 2 bars in the resort.
