Very efficient staff, professional, friendly , checking process easy and fast. Rooms clean, basic for short stay. Inside the property very nice layout with clean pool in the middle- cosy appearance of the property inside ,. There was outside anough space for parking secured by cameras. Strong wi-fi connection. Beach just few minutes away by walking through nice park. Publix is very close by- 3 minutes by car to buy grocery. 20 minutes by car to the Ocean drive area.

The outside part of the hotel property looks very unattractive, cheep and not really safe. Clean up around the hotel including leveling parking would give very different first impression. . There is big difference how the hotel appears outside compering entering the property.

I like the building itself, the color, the location, you can walk to stores, to the park behind de building, and best of all it’s like 4 minutes walking to the beach! It is a beautiful area..!

No continental breakfast. The rooms are small. The front parking it is dangerous to get out. If you could do something about it? When my husband was getting out, someone almost hit the car. The next morning there was an accident. If you could specify on the website that there are more parking on the side of the building. You can hear the traffic sounds through the window.

I stayed here with my adult daughter for a 2-night getaway. It was an amazing budget option. The hotel is older, but the rooms are well maintained and cheerful. My daughter felt it had an "old Florida" feel to it. The hotel was quiet, with only a couple of people by the pool if any. The restaurants and shopping are a 23-minute walk away. The beach is very easy to get to with a few minutes' walk and was not at all crowded. We were able to easily find a spot to set up the chairs and umbrellas that the hotel provided without anyone closer than at least 20 feet from us. There are no (maybe just 1?) beach front high rises in the vicinity. We loved it!

I probably would have swum in the pool if it were heated.

The proximity to the beach - I also love the accessibility to beach gear (towels, chairs and umbrella). Pool hours and distance from hotel to near-by pharmacy, Publix, and other stores.

My bed was a bit too soft where I would sink into the middle, but still comfortable. The TV seemed to be a ROKU enabled TV; however, when trying to access, there were only a few channels available. The volume on the remote control did not work; therefore, it was hard to hear with the sound of the air-conditioning system running.

Value for money, Miami is expensive so whilst the property wasn’t cheap it also was very reasonable. It was relatively quiet given it’s on a main road and the air con was great as it was very hot outside. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice, there was a great little courtyard to sit at night outside our room while our kids were sleeping. Also loved having the kitchenette. Staff were lovely and free parking and beach towels were great bonuses.

The room needed a deep clean. It felt clean enough to stay in but there was a dirty footprint on the wall, old toothpaste marks in door, etc. The room was a little run down which was fine but would be very much improved with a good clean.

Exceptional value super close to the beach easy free parking pool area is clean and organized. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but leaves more space for living kitchenette was OK refrigerator was my size coffee maker in room, microwave and hard plate, dishes and silverware for two but we had a king room, so no chance of four people perfectly set up AC worked awesome there is a busy street but for the most part you do not hear them with the AC running TV stations are satellite sometimes and sometimes out we’re at the beach so who watches TV anyways free use of nice beach, chairs, and umbrellas. No food nearby but GrubHub, DoorDash and Uber eats all deliver here wide variety of options five minute drive up to Haulover beach or you can walk across the street to a very nice beach right across the street. Most other hotels down here they do not offer free on-site parking you either have to valet it or try to find on street parking which is nonexistent, the entire staff was very nice from the moment we checked in until we got extra towels from the cleaners. They off so offer towels for the pool and beach if you need them if you do not bring your own. no bugs whatsoever no bedbugs, no cockroaches I think we did have two spiders but that’s to be expected. there is no homelessness directly around the hotel lots of working people in the apartments that surround this hotel.

The Miami Beach accommodation boasts a prime location just a few minutes' walk from the beach, offering convenient access. The spacious and tidy rooms, coupled with a seamless and hassle-free check-in process, made for a pleasant stay. The accommodating and helpful staff further enhanced the overall experience.

While there were some positive aspects to the experience, the notable downside was the strong odor of the cleaning products employed, reminiscent of mold remover, which proved unpleasant during the stay.

I love that the property was close to the beach but unfortunately we book the Thursday on the day of the building collapsing there was a lot of congestion due to police blockage. My condolences to the families and the community

I didn’t have a bad thing about it I booked a two bedroom suite and it gave what it was supposed to give for the price and the staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean. Very spacious. I will stay again personally

clean, cheap, tons and tons of free offstreet parking….And just across A1A from the beach. The kitchenette came with small (but not mini) refrigerator, microwave, sink, mini dishwasher and hot plate to boil water or use frying pan. 65 inch Vizio right at my 12 o'clock on the wall across from my the bed was a bonus. For just under $700 all-in (taxes fees etc) for three nights I was uncertain what to expect, but in the end I was very very pleased with my accommodations, and will definitely book again.

The location is fantastic. The pool area was nice to sit and relax in. It was nice to only walk 1 block to the beach. The free use of chairs and umbrella was nice. The road on the front of the hotel is quite noisy both during the day and night. Our room door had some big gaps and the road noise kept us awake. The bed was a spring-type bed and soft.

Free breakfast! Maybe a tighter fitting door to keep the road noise out. Nicer bed - hybrid or some type that doesn't move so much.
