Couldn't get tv and hair dryer to work.

Location is good as well as the access to public transportation. It has all what you need to have a normal visit to the city,

I didn´t like the delate to return the deposit to my credit card, it supposted to be done once we do our check out. Outside door and parking door, should have an access code to avoid the access of "outsiders" to the central patio and common areas (for security reasons)

First of all clean comfy bed and clean towels, most important to me! No water front but only steps to the spacious North beach. Parking on the street and limited self pay spots available at the property. Nice courtyard with sitting area large and accommodating for a decent group of people. Larger than expected - Bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette with breakfast area are all yours to use, but we didn't use the kitchen for more than making coffee. If you're like us and are visiting Miami to explore and not spending too much time inside besides getting showered, rested, eat and go; don't want to spend a fortune for that and don't mind driving 7 miles to South Beach - this is your place to be!

I can't say that I don't like anything in particular, the property is more than decent. Old property renovated to rent but nicely remodeled and kept very clean. If you're one of those people that are looking at missed paint job on baseboards and such, you'll find it, but I wasn't looking to purchase the property, so... No daily cleaning offered, but the office is open for all your extra needs. Bathroom nicely remodeled but small with limited counter space. Also water pressure in the shower is not the best, just take your time while showering :) Closet and storage space also limited. Right on the busy street, so be careful when choosing the room.

The location was fantastic couldn't ask for a better location

Didn't like the fact that the coffee pot did not work even though it said it was on never did get it to work had to walk down to 74th and Collins to find coffee in the morning and didn't like the fact that the television didn't work try it every which way to get it on there was no one available cuz it was self-check in those were a couple of the items and found a dirty Straw from the last customer under the bed and left it under the bed

The open space in between rooms is a nice area to sit and talk in with friends. Rooms stocked with microwave and a stove as well as a coffee machine with all the little things to go with it. Very Nice tables and location!

Beds were uncomfortable and blankets were thin as a tissue. The water pressure in the shower was very weak as well. Walls also seem carry noise between rooms very easily as well. Minor complaints to an overall great experience! Would recommend to friends still for the value and location.

The manager and the other staff were extra friendly. it was also good to see a staff member that was there in the night just in case someone didn’t know how to check in. self check in is also a plus for me. oh did I mention it’s located so close to the beach it’s literally a 5 minute walk.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was very nice and within walking distance. Great location to the beach. My stay was very comfortable and I even got an early check in

Room is not cleaned on a daily basis. Bring extra towels. Still waiting to see when my $200 deposit to be refunded. The form that is signed upon checkin should have a breakdown of funds and deposit information as well as when guests should receive refund. No one answers the phone number provided.

I liked that it was apartment style. The kitchen was spacious. The location was literally minutes to walk to the beach. About 3 minutes to be exact. Perfect distance from many activities. The staff was very friendly. They offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. It was gated. The surrounding area felt safe. The price is very decent for what you receive. Not luxury, but if you want a decent spot and save money, this is it.

Bathroom sink didn't have any water pressure at all. BUT.....the staff was accommodating in getting it repaired and refunding a portion of what we paid for the inconvenience. We could have used housekeeping for extra towels and sheets etc. Trash removal.

Parking property didn’t had any some street parking for free but you had to drive around and hope to find one or you can used the paid parking close by also my $200 security deposit was not returned to me it’s been over 2 weeks a s 3 phone calls the last time I called I was told I’ll have it returned and still waiting so I called my credit card company and disputing it not very good customer service I really like the place and my stay area is great but not returning my deposit not good

The location was pretty much in the middle of quiet and a little bit of action, but nothing crazy. Everything I wanted to do was within a reasonable walking distance. The beach was even only a five minute walk.

I couldn’t get an early check in, but it wasn’t the property’s fault. It was Art Basel week when I stayed so I understood their reasoning. Everything else though was wonderful. And the room was a very good size. Huge shower, too.
