Everything except the $100/night room deposit that was in the fine print.

I have been using Booking.com for 15 years and I have never had a deposit that I didn't know about.

very clean, it smelled amazing every time we walked in the room. pool & location were very convenient. staff was very friendly & helpful. decor was cute & inviting.

the bathroom. there was no separation from the shower & sink and toilet. kinda like one big shower room.

Nice object - big room with two beds, kitchen (two warming plates with all required elements - forks, spoons, pan. Apart from that plates, fridge etc.), big bathroom with shower and bathtub (icluded good shower, body gel and body lotions cream). Daily cleaning without additional cost. Swimming pool available for everyone - only six sun beds but for rest it is enough - if you need for space you need to go to the beach which is close approx. 700m. Sun on pool between 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Good contact with personel - reception, cleaning etc. We were in second building (not main) and were perfect:) Free drinks each day included to reservation (between 5 and 6 p.m. in restaurant 800m away - good drinks - aperol, margarita etc.) WiFi available in all hotel area and fast - enought for streaming and websites. Safe box is available inside room and free (small laptop fit perfectly (14 ich) No problem with deposit - no additional cost

Price - but in Miami it is normal - you want to be here - you need to pay for it, but this hotel is in very good relation between price and quality:)

Location great, value for the money good. Staff super friendly. You have a big supermarket steps from the place and you can cook simple meals in the apartment . Parking is challenging during the weekend, but you can park 3 blocks ahead is a public lot, from 10 pm until the early morning 7 am I believe, is free then you pay per hour. It has a pool. Water pressure in bathroom excellent. I’m happy with my stay I got a suit with kitchenette living room area dining private bathroom and bedroom.

The property was in an excellent location, close to Publix and multiple restaurants/bars, also walking distance from the beach. The room was a decent size and had a stovetop, fridge, microwave, a tv with every streaming service, closet/drawer space, and a comfortable bed.

The AC in room 822 was very poor and could only be felt if you stood directly in front of it. Also the parking can be a hassle especially later in the night so don’t plan on moving your car if you find a good spot that’s close

Staff opened my room while I was sleeping so it was so weird.

Location was great at the 6755 Harding ave location. Very quiet and open. Rooms were clean and spacious

Knowing which location your going to be at ahead of time instead of having to go to 7310 first.

The position was great, next to the restaurant on Lincoln road and to the beach. The parking of 10 dollars per day at the hotel (if available, just 6 places) is a great choice. The pool is small but useful if the weather is not so hot or the sea is not so great. Danny was the best, always helpful. The apartment was large enough and the bathroom too. Very quiet place.

The water in the bathroom didn't flush 3 times in a week. Part of the staff (in the reception, excluding Danny) speaks almost only Spanish and are not able to solve your problems. The floor in the apartment was not clean, we couldn't walk with naked feet.

Wasn't too sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews on here, but boy was I surprised! It was a very large apartment, complete with microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board, washing machine (tho not working), very large flat screen TV, four piece plate set and cutlery, two mega comfy king size beds, with the pool right outside the door. Air-con was good, and so was the wifi.

As other people have stated, the hotel is spread over two addresses, and, like for me, it's a rite ballache getting the cab to drop you off at one address, to be told you need to walk with all your stuff another few blocks to get to your room! Air-con was tdpww noisy, but the most annoying thing was the outside lights that we're left on all nite and shone thru the glass door and lit up the whole room at nite! This was SOOO annoying when trying to sleep! Also they take $100 damage deposit, which, 2wks later I'm still waiting to be refunded! This would've been an amazing stay if it wasn't for these things, things that could so easily be rectified!

The deco in the room was really nice Beds sooo comfortable Kitchen area with proper crockery and cutlery (+mini washing liquid bottle and mini sponge) Great swimming pool with clean deck ; pool towel on every lounge chair (apart from this morning) Great layout of the property Colourful place; feels like home Smoking area nicely arranged Ana at the reception is a gem Trolley to South Beach close to the hotel

A bit dusty; the floor in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area was dirty; had to walk in my indoor flip flop while bro walked with his indoor socks on… after two days he had to bin them. We found some palmito bugs and ants we had to put back outside. The hotel charges $16 a day to park the car somewhere around the property so we took a chance and found a free space just a few steps away.
