Friendly staff, everything is clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is huge so it compensates that the standard room is a little bit small. Awesome location, walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shopping places. They also have a golf cart to take you to the beach in case you don't want to walk. Sushi restaurant is good but expensive. We paid $100 (tip included) for a lunch for two and drinks.

The room is a little small... but I guess because it's an older construction that was the standard size of that time. There is another building with bigger rooms (more expensive) The resort fee includes 2 chairs but if you want an umbrella you need to pay $22 extra. Parking $45 per day with in and out benefits. $20 public parking- no in and out benefits.

Friendly reception and received an room upgrade with a terrace. Located 2 blocks from the beach. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants. Comfy beds, room was recently renovated with beautiful terrace.

Excessively expensive as the whole South Beach area is. Though there is an art-deco flair, the environment is older and deserves refurbishing to return to grandeur. Additional charges were not clear in advance: parking, cost for beach furniture, expensive restaurant menu with satisfactory but not exceptional food. It is a “party” environment for the young “libidoed” crowd. Paid an up charge for a balcony with an industrial view, no ocean

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, the location was prime, and the amenities were fantastic! We wished there was a breakfast spot at the hotel, but the recommended Orange Blossom nearby was delicious. We especially loved the pool, pool bar, and golf cart shuttle service to the ocean with our private beach section.

Expensive restaurant with no discounts for guests, but that's Miami. Extending the shuttle service to the Collins Ave Parking garage would have been a great service.

This is our 4th time at the Plymouth and we will always choose it. Rooms are great size, quiet and always impeccable. Close to the beach, not far from Lincoln road, you can easily walk to it. No need for car, you can always use the trolley or walk! Staffs are always smiling and willing to help! Bathroom very clean and bedding oh so soft! PERFECT as always! Ohh the swimming is definitely a plus!

The room was comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. Due to the later check in, they allowed us to leave our baggage and enjoy the hotel's facilities on the first and last day. Breakfast is served in another restaurant, and there are several dishes on the menu. It was wonderful vacation.

Very air-conditioned in the corridors, so you freeze for a while as you walk :)

Location and value of room. The hotel itself was so cute! Especially the pool area. Very lovely for the price of the hotel room. The hotel also included a nice little cafe which we visited for light breakfast food.

I wish the hotel offered a bigger gym. Unfortunately, the gym that was available was very tiny. Luckily, the room fit the 3 people who were using it, but did not have the space to fit more.

It was literally a 2 blocks from the beach. Great location on South Beach close to mid beach and has some options to eat near by. Located by CVS and more. The pool was nice not too crowed and the room was spacious the terrace was great. The room was the perfect size, the only con is you can control the thermostat it is centrally controlled. Often in the evening it would get hot.

The terrace door was broken and it was suggest that I stay in the room until the morning if unable to repair. However they were able to understand my request to not stay in the room and they did a great job with relocation. I would stay here again. The staff was good.
