Nice design, great location close to many restaurants and bars, comfortable rooms, good breakfast included

It was cozy and good location, nice staff in checking However it was self checking with machine but staff was helping you to show you instructions of checking, and timing of breakfast was amazing it was untill 12:00 in weekends which awesome for people who was in party till the morning 😁

Everything was digital and staff in checking just told for cleaning you have to ask online and they didn't inform me i have to ask one day before and other thing I've been in many hotels in different cities and countries and they provide bottled water but in citizenm was not this kind of service , its like lack of simple services its just 1 dollar bottles but its kind of respect for guests. Im writing this to may helps for improving services, it all i liked hotel, i will choose this hotel for next stay

The stay was really good, once you get used to the vibe. The check in kiosk was easy to use, nevertheless the staff member helping was really bossy and didn't let me try first and ask questions. He tried to tell me how to do every step by bossing orders around. wasn't really pleasing. As customers we understand how to use kiosks. he should be there for support if we get stuck but not on top of us in every question. Why the kiosk then??? if there's going to be a front desk anyways. The fact that it didn't have a parking lot and wasn't really adviced in any communication was a little bit uncomfortable reaching the hotel. once i found a parking lot for $30 a day a block away I was able to finally get to the hotel.

No Parking and Checking in Staff

This hotel is a good choice for a business trip/solo traveler. It's safe and well situated in Brickell in an active area with tons of shopping and food options. Easy to come and go via Metrorail, walking, or Uber. The rooms are small, think cruise ship cabin sized. They're perfect for one person or a couple that is very comfortable w/ each other. The bathroom is a frosted glass 'pod' w/ a door, toilet, and enclosed shower. It isnt sound proof. The bed was comfortable, but be aware that it is flush against the back wall/window area. Not a problem for me, but worth noting for couples. Bedding is comfortable and clean, I would recommend more pillows however, maybe a bolster or something as it is likely someone would want to sit up in bed to watch tv or work, and two squishy pillows, while nice to sleep on, arent great for that. You can hear the music and noise of a thriving entertainment area. I like this ambient noise, but if you are sound sensitive, be aware. The separate ironing room is a great idea, I used it and the iron was good quality and in good repair. Had a drink at the bar downstairs, bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, drink was well made. I didnt try their breakfast. Every employee I interacted with was professional and attentive. I'd stay here on future trips.

More pillows on the bed, hard to prop up in bed to read/work/watch tv. I would also love a water dispenser on each floor.

The CitizenM sits on a busy corner in the lively Brickell neighborhood (an upscale area with a mix of high/low end restaurants, mom and pop shops, two outdoor shopping villages with established brands (Apple, Sephora, etc). Part art gallery / part hotel / part upscale lounge, this colorful hotel combines fun with rest/relaxation in a way that is never boring or stale. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor lobby, and you feel like you are walking into an art gallery. Lots of colors and textures are interspersed with a variety of sofas, pop art pillows, tables, two iMacs, and lots of outlets to get work (and play!) done. On the 20th floor, a rooftop bar and pool await. Lots of open seating, and plenty of towels to go around. The MetroMover is FREE and fast, and there are several stations serving the area close by. The MIA airport is less than 30 minutes away - in heavy traffic. An American buffet-style breakfast is available daily for $19.99 USD (Scrambled eggs, pork bacon, chicken sausage, potatoes, empanadas, as well as smoked salmon, breads, muffins, juices (or coffee/lattes), cold cereal, oatmeal, etc.) The rooms are a tad small, but nevertheless very clean and well-kept. The TV/lights/blinds, etc are controlled by an iPad for convenience. There is a small desk area with a chair so you can charge necessary items (phone, iPad, etc) while sleeping/showering.

Super modern, clean, creative vibes. Very small room but efficient and comfy for a single traveler - I always find it weird when there’s a whole living area or something that you don’t even use. Seriously great sleep! The bed was so soft. And I was able to get a lot of work done both in my room and in the common areas, which were really welcoming and well laid out. The trade off for the small room is lots of cool common space!

My booking was set to two people so I was charged twice for breakfast although I was actually traveling alone (made the reservation in a hurry to be in town for a rescheduled flight). Closing the pool at dusk seemed really early although staff were quite friendly about it.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Brickell with everything you need just walking distance from the hotel. I love the technology of the hotel - everything was digital - from check in to the AC in your room. The black out shades REALLY black out your room. The decor was great and the common areas super comfortable, artsy and cool. The pool was nice with great views of the water. So many gyms, restaurants and bars so close. Would def go back and stay here again.

I didn't mind the size of the room because we were barely there but the rooms are super small, but very clean and comfortable. Think cruise ship cabin size.

The location is in the heart of Brickell. Restaurants and shopping are within 3 minutes or less!! The rooms are small but comfortable!! The design of the room is like that of a cruise ship room. As one of the employees said, "the room is for sleeping and to push you out to enjoy the city" However the big and comfortable bed plus mood lighting makes you want to sleep away!! Great value and clean!! I will definitely stay here again!!

My only issue was that my luggage got in my way. I wish I could have stored luggage under my bed to get it out the way.

Huge comfortable bed, blackout curtains and blinds, operated from iPad in room. Television with link to my phone for Netflix. Shower with top quality fittings, fridge for the free carafes of filtered water etc etc. The staff were very special and although the hotel is young and I am old, every one of the staff was kind, generous and made me feel at home. There is a huge outside terrace surrounded by trees. The whole place has very fast wi-fi. The bar stocks - everything and they make terrific cocktails. I would go to Miami just to stay at Citizeb M Brickell.

Location was excellent, staff friendly, rooms were adequate for short term stays. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, but perhaps a little limited. I was satisfied.

Initially I felt the room was small and didn't like the handwash sink outside of the bathroom. But it grew on me and I liked it as a short term stay. Also at booking and in via the in room control tablet, it stated that the swimming pool was not ready yet, but it was so I missed out a little. The pool terrace and bar is a really nice venue with great views over Brickell
