1. Element hotel property is shared with AC hotel; so ALL guests went through a very small check in /concierge area ; instead of independent areas 2. They also share the breakfast area -making it super small and during weekend there is no place for seating during breakfast 3. electronic key computer system was not working , so every time you needed to go to your room you needed to contact the shared (ac/element hotel) concierge for the master key to go directly to the room to open the door - problem was solved a day later

Rooms are large and clean. Well equipped and comfortable. Location is excellent.

Breakfast was poor. Not enough place to sit and very limited options. The eggs from the hot plate were good but that was about it. Only sugary options to choose from, no cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, etc. Not a breakfast we prefer as Europeans.

I booked a king size room initially, then asked for a double bed. I received the confirmation, when I arrived i only had a king it took 3 hours to rebook at different hotel. I am not sure if I received a better rate. Booking. com has been horrible to work with Julia could care less and told me the minimum amount of compensation she could award was 25 euro. It's a joke, I will never book with booking.com again

I loved the cleaness of it. everything were clean the hallways and our rooms and bathroom. I really appreciated the body wash and shampoo pumps in shower because all the hotels I’ve stayed in in different states they never have them so I always carry mine. loved the kitchen and I made dinner for one night

I think they should put more utensils in the kitchen because there were two folks and one spoon. luckily I have packed plastic spoons with me so that helped.

Amazing location in Brickell (public transportation). Very well decorated and new hotel and rooms, overall nice staff, They offer very nice amenities that we didn’t know about, like a free Tesla car service to take you up to a mile of the hotel, a food and beverage credit per day, morning yoga, nice breakfast, etc.

Small breakfast, although sufficient and healthy.

New, clean, rooms were good size, we booked a 1 bedroom suite. Very close to the Brickell Place mall and more!

The lack of security on the 1st floor where guests access elevators to get the lobby, was very surprising. Anyone could take the elevators to a higher room floor. I hope they address that.

AC system too noisy !!! Check in it’s located at the 6th floor: Please let an information panel at the entrance for new customers , close to the elevator.

The hotel has a good location. Walking distance from brickell city center . The room is like a mini apartment. With kitchen facilities in the room. Good breakfast . Easy checkin and checkiut. Good hotel at a Good price.

loved the front desk staff so kind the day of the 26th of august! nightclub on top fabulous and staff was fantastic ! the pool was to die for lovely!

location was terrible for taxis. we had two Ubers cancel on us because they could get to the front door or find the street

Room floor was not clean, daily vaccum cleaning require, floor need to wash or clean. Other cleaning was good kitchen platform, shower area was clean daily
