I liked the environment. Very clean and smells great. No complaints very nice and comfortable. Room service was good as well as restaurant downstairs.

I didnt like that there wasn’t complementary water in the room. They had a bottle for sale in the room. But I think complimentary water should be included in all rooms.

my top complaint would be I noticed many ejaculate stains on the bedding, that was gross. Then there were tiny annoyances like the refrigerator was packed so full it didn’t cool well. The television remote wouldn’t work, I had it switched out. next remote didn’t work, switched out. third remote turned on the TV but when I tried to change the channel, I realized that didn’t work. finally just gave up. my fault I didn’t check. There is a club inside the hotel, I went, it’s badass! but when you’re trying to sleep it’s incredibly annoying!! constant bass until 2am or so. I’d probably stay here again but i’d insist on a higher floor and I’d take a black light with me 😬

It has an insane location in the middle of Brickell, which is affordable compared to other options. We were 8 in the group so the rooms got pretty messy but the cleaning staff made them look brand new when we came back. The ladies at the front desk are accommodating, I also got a package delivered 7 days before my arrival and they held it and got it delivered to my room. We arrived at 11 am and THEY GOT OUR ROOMS READY!!!

Didn’t like how they tell you at the end of your stay you have to pay resort fees which are $30 a day plus tax . Why doesn’t going to the pool or towels come with staying at the property ? This part of the stay I didn’t like it felt like a gimmick.

The front desk was absolutely phenomenal and very helpful! Everything was very clean and I felt secure. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the food was good. The views were amazing. The staff by the pool were great hosts!

facility to make tea in the room although when I asked for it housekeeping did provide. We can see that it is not important in US because people drink coffee.

the location and the view are excellent. rooftop pool. five minute walk to the people mover or Publix. easy access to shops and dining. personnel very helpful

the parking costs and the cold bar were a bit much but I suppose that is to be expected in Miami

It is the most amazing hotel ever. Shout out to louis the doorman who did everything possible to assist you.

lovely property. I highly recommend this hotel whole party experience everyday and every night. Stayed on the 4th floor could feel every beat of Miami.

Music was bumping till 4am every night

The beds were very comfortable! Hotel smelled pleasant. Great balcony size, not nearly enough furniture on the balcony in the suite.

Room service was only available till 4pm. We were in the presidential suite and didn't have our room cleaned each day because we were sleeping during most of the day. Turn down service would be a nice touch. There were ants in the presidential suite. We had to call downstairs several times for the same requests.
