Clean, quiet, easy access to airlines and restaurant.

Staff. They appeared distracted and not focused in their job or responsibility. I requested a wake up call and the phone did not ring until 20 minutes later. I requested a bell man to pick up my luggage and take me to the Airlines but never arrived. I had to take all my luggage downstairs and requested it again!! The bell man was observed in one of the restaurant when they called him. They have too much socialization and talk among the staff ignoring the customers. I’m sure they are not even aware of this as it seems like a normal habit. They need to be reminded this is their job and not their home.

This was the second time we stayed at this Miami airport hotel, and the staff honored our wish to be in the exact same room, because it was quiet for our sleeping needs, and just the right size for comfort. Also, kudos to the staff, who were always professional and helpful, regardless of the hour. Kudos to the house cleaning staff as well, because everything was absolutely spotless, and we really appreciated that.

We really did not like the value associated with our second stay. It cost double our first stay, and we were shocked with the increase in the rate. I even called the front desk to ask about this when I first made the reservation. Not even including breakfast, the rate was hard to justify. We may have to reconsider this property in the future, and we will use incognito mode on the internet next time, as well.

Beds were very comfortable and a surprising quantity of pillows of different types to find one to your liking. Though the hotel is older it was a very comfortable, clean & quiet stay. The front desk staff was wonderful. Both our check-in crew and at early morning check out were super accommodating and helped us retrieve something we had left in our room quickly in order to rush back and still make our flight. Can’t beat the convenience of being in the airport and fairly close to check in counters for United, Air Europa and Southwest. And the single serve Seattle’s Best coffee in room was great.

You pay for the convenience of being in the airport (just like everything else that’s pricy at airports). So if you have time and can make shuttles for another hotel that offers breakfast and other amenities go for that, but if you are short on time and want to avoid stress of making an early flight, this place is perfect.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have a long overnight connection. It is right on Terminal E. If you are coming from overseas and need a place to rest or sleep a few hours, or the whole night, this hotel is a few steps away from the connecting flights baggage drop off. And if you are hungry, there is a Margaritaville restaurant just in front of its check in area (but restaurant closes at 10pm). The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Although it is very old school and it's decor it serves its purpose well. The rooms are extremely quiet and very clean. This is not the type of hotel you would stay for any other reason except to get an early flight or after the long flight it is really perfect for these reasons.

The bathroom is a bit small and the shower pressure very low

The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me get in a room sooner with my two young children. That was appreciated greatly!!! Instead of carry around luggage and them in the airport for hours! I love the location had a early flight and with kids just getting up and going downs stairs is very convenient.

The pillows were not very good and not enough counter space in bathroom.

Comfy bed and cool rooms.

Clothes from previous customer left hanging behind bathroom door. Vending machine did not dispense every time. The website to report issues with the vending machine was down.

I loved the fact that the hotel was in the airport and we could walk to our terminal. It was also very close to baggage claim so we could easily get to the hotel after we collected our baggage. It was very convenient.

I believe we should have been given vouchers for breakfast. The price we paid should have included breakfast. Also only one restaurant was open for dinner the night of our stay. The hotel restaurant should open later.

The main reason for staying here is the convenience of being at the airport terminal and that is what one is paying for. It has a rstaurant, which was very good. However it does not open for breakfast, which is a bit strange. Although there are plenty of establishments at the airport for breakfast, most of them open at around 09:00 hours, which is too late id one has an early flight. The price is fine with me because of the convenience of walking to the check-in counter.

The fact that thre is no breakfast service at the restaurant.

This hotel is super convenient if you have to overnight layover between connections or if you need a room for the day for a long connection layover. It is easy to get to, one can walk from baggage claim to the hotel and in the morning when you check out you are right on the ticketing level. While the hotel itself does not have a restaurant there are two restaurants in the airport feet from the hotels lobby.

Nothing I didn't really like per se. The hotel is a little dated but the convenience of it being connected to the airport make up for that.
