Absence of lobby vending machine to purchase hot/cold drinks & snacks.

I chose this hotel for the location after a late long flight and airport shuttle. Fortunately I arrived just in time to catch the final one (it finishes at midnight at starts again at 4am). Check in staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating, despite a few travellers being in around. Yes, I’ve seen some reviews shaming the rooms saying they need an update, etc, and I agree it was not brand new, but I must say… everything was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. I had a beautiful large room, big king bed, with a gorgeous view, a lovely large bathtub, shower, robe, slippers, arm chair, desk, tv, coffee, tea, amenities, bar & restaurant downstairs.. checkout was seamless .. again, amazing staff. Honestly, I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less in my time. Also, as a solo traveler, as I was departing, and casually turned back to enquire how to get to the cruise port, that was arranged for me in a way that was safe and secure. I was so grateful. Even that factor alone, above everything else, would make me return. It means a lot to feel safe when travelling as a solo.

Nothing. I believe I received value for money. I read a lot of the complaints about the place needing an update, but for an overnight stay after a flight, before going on a cruise, it was absolutely perfect. I thought the room was fine.. if you want better, pay more. The room is large, spotless, and has all amenities. And the staff are amazing.

The Pullman Miami was very close to the airport, and a fabulous bakery, where I stopped ahead of time for a Cuban sandwich. The staff was very friendly, giving me a note to the morning kitchen staff for me to get a coffee before they opened in the very early morning. The bed was comfy! Thank you

The room felt a little dated. Both the shampoo and body was in the shower were empty. I did hear my neighbor, before falling asleep, but he did not keep me up.

it was close to the airport had a lovely view and the room was nice.

we picked the place because we had 24 hrs between leaving a cruise ship and flying out. so we planned to eat at your restaurant as we had no car. the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner on the weekends. there was food available at the bar. but it was very limited and not very good. we wound up ordering door dash for dinner. so it worked out. But don’t advertise a full restaurant when it’s not available on weekends.

Stayed previously with a city view. This time asked for lagoon view. Both views lovely. Hotel close to airport so is convienent after long haul. Hotel is clean and although like all hotels at the moment, some decor has been removed due to covid, it doesn't have that empty feeling.

Due to close proximety to airport, is noisy at pool, but not in rooms. If you have alergies, there are a lot of cats. Expensive bar bill but hotel price similar to all Miami.

The location is perfect since we wanted to be close to the airport. Also there are great places to eat in a short (driving) distance. Shuttle service was great and on time. Overall very comfortable hotel.

One of the rooms provided at first had a smoke smell but they were super nice to change it for us right away and send cleaning crew to work in the room.

The hotel is well appointed and the rooms were large with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful. The proximity to the airport is great and the free shuttle is an added bonus. My only complaint is that the pool water was warm like a bath but what can you expect in July in Miami?

Great hotel close to Miami airport. We stayed one night. Airport shuttle service free and efficient, every 30min. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. Outstanding staff who was really helpful when we forgot our backpack with our passports in it. Highly recommended

Breakfast was pricey so we did not take it. No tea or kettle

I fly to Miami to open a bank account in Coral Gables. I was going to use an uber. The WIFI was out for at least 12 hours. I had to use a taxi $400.00. I also needed to use WIFI to call different people while in the States.

Beautiful hotel. The views from the room were amazing (Pics added). The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The main reason for booking this hotel was CONVENIENCE. Close to the airport and the hotel shuttle and 24/7 staff was just what I needed coming in on a late flight.
