The Location and cleanliness did it for us.

Upon checking in, they couldn't find our booking on theirs system so we ended up booking direct with the hotel. We extended our stay by one more day which was prepaid for, but one of the staff double charged us for the room, I tried to explain to him we have already paid but seems to me he didn't understand. Its been a week now and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my card.

The hotel was great . No problem with the hotel itself. Very happy with breakfast etc.

Unfortunately we got to the property at 8:30 am . We were checked in but because the room wasn’t ready we left our luggage and went out until 1:00. We were assuming when we returned that the room would be ready. We waited until 3:35 for the room which is ok but we enquired 3 times and was told someone need to sign off on the rooms.Problem is 3 other families arriving after us were given a room before us. Seems like the day staff and night staff don’t communicate. Not happy after a long flight . Bad service.

I loved the scenery, the surrounding lagoon was beautiful. I loved modern, carpet free room.

No turkey products for breakfast. Daily requests for housekeeping. WITH housekeeping requested for two days, we still had NO SOAP for the room. We inquired and were confirmed we would have a microwave in the room and we did not. Several of the electrical outlets did not work, limited to the outlet on the alarm clock. Breakfast is scheduled until 10am EST and on one day, at 930am, they were practically out of several items and were not replenishing them.

The breakfast was good and service staff friendly and helpful.

The shuttle driver was friendly and great handling the luggage, though it would be more accommodating if the shuttle bus ran on the half hour. Most shuttles and drivers going to other hotels circled several times as I waited looking for the Tru shuttle. Waiting at the airport for nearly an hour after a long day of travel was painful. I ended up getting a ride from another shuttle bus who felt badly that I was still there 45 minutes later. This would be my one suggestion, especially since the distance is so short to the airport.

I wasn't looking for much -- just a clean and affordable stay with easy access to the airport for an overnight stay. There was an issue with the requested room type being available but the front desk staff quickly resolved it. Staff were very personable and responsive. Great location for airport travelers. My room was beautiful and thoroughly appointed.

Two things surprised me and I thought could have been better communicated. First, I was surprised to find (at 515am) that the airport shuttle did not run until 6a. While it was not a problem to find a taxi, it was one more issue/expense that I wasn't anticipating. Secondly, maybe I'm a rube but I haven't previously encountered the technology where placing a room key in a slot is necessary to operate room lights/utilities. I thought that could have been explained better.

I l eft at 5 am so I could not do breakfast. Dinner. Once again I say you have a massive club sandwich with TOOO much cheese that takes away the taste and makes it awful. And you could led the way with less french fries. Lead the way with good healthy portions. A massive looking meal but only 1 out of 10. The coconut shrimp should be taken off the menu. (Comment is for management)

Breakfast is the worst part of the experience , The basics of a boiled egg come out as rubbery. Trying to get a hearty breakfast proved impossible . They advertise 400 combinations I’m sorry to say that is massively incorrect . I think 40 combinations would be unachievable. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and may in fact be the reason I look at alternative accommodation

The staff the morning I was leaving for airport were fantastic they were super friendly and polite The airport driver was super efficient and kind The free breakfast was very good and had been encouraged by another visitor before my arrival to ensure I took advantage of it since it was so good

The evening staff were preoccupied and not friendly or welcoming they were too busy talking to each other to care about guests The name threw me off a bit it gave me better expectations then the rectangle box hotel we received it made me expect a more luxurious property and was left disappointed

Very modern and clean , Tastefully done. Hightened further by excellent customer focussed staff.

Breakfast is very limited. Diabetics have almost no chance of finding food. Eggs are in one format each day , some are ok others not so. Sausages are the only other low / no carb offering. I missed not having a safe in the room too.

Very clean and loved the amenities, especially the free washer/dryer. Great location, close to Starbucks and other good restaurants, Jersey Mikes, Chipotle, etc.

Wish they had a hot tub on the property
