room was great size, safe area , walk to beach is easy . staff is nice and polite. nice pool

the beach umbrellas are 20 $ and you get only 2 beach chairs even if your room is sleeping 5 people . Its not right to charge a resort fee of 40 a night and not provide enough chairs and to have to pay for an umbrella. I would like a refund of 20 dollars a day for the inconvenience of having not enough chairs for my family. I paid 40 for parking and 40 for a resort fee, they did not clean the room once for 8 nights . i expect compensation for either the lack of chair or lack of room cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay at seacoast suites. Our apartment (11H) was huge, very confortable, with plenty of storage and a beautiful view. Staff was friendly. They do not come to clean the room on a daily basis (we only stayed 2 nights) but knowing it did not make it a problem. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The phone was not working and I tried to order room service with no success. Parking is 40$ a night.

It was super close to the beach actually just right in the backyard, it also had outdoor showers to spray off before going back into your room. We also love the pool. Over all the hotel is a great stay and I have a super picky wife whom also thought it was great! Definitely didn’t see where most of the bad reviews were coming from.

The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner, and the staff could’ve been a little more warm and welcoming but overall I would give them a C+

The parking lot it’s to narrow to get in and out, also had tight parking spots. The parking price is really expensive. Rooms needs a good maintenance and the appliances like the dishwasher machine never work and the maintenance guy never went to fix it. also those tv’s it doesn’t have good wifi or blue tooth connection. We asked for bedsheets early (at 9:30am) and they never provided it during the day. after sunset we called again asking for those, and front desk send it but with no pillowcases. we asked at the front desk for towels and the answer was, “we run out of towels, call us in the morning “ Note; Is The hotel out of stuff? The price wasn’t cheap to receive that kind of answer. In general They stay was good, the staff were so nice all the time.

Everything was really nice! Very good location, and beautiful views! The apartments were super nice, wide and clean. Perfect for family groups. Attention from the staff of the Hotel was excellent!! Super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

The only bad thing is that via booking you make the reservation only of the rooms, and shouldn’t have access to the Hotel’s amenities. We were noticed about this days before our arrival through a mail… the cost is not expensive, yet it would have been better to know before.

The apartment was very spacious. Access to the beach is great, and the Trolley stop is just right in front of the building. Small convenience store close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The pool was too warm for the time of year and heat, so not refreshing. There was mould on the walls in one of the bedroom closets. Towels provided in the room were a little small.

We had a 2 bedroom Corner Ocean Front view very confortable on 11th floor which met our requirement of high-story suite. Nice with great ocean view, well equiped and almost fully renovated. Location on mid-beach is great if you have a car (booking parking is necessary) Staff was OK except reception desk

Service can improve : The woman at the reception was not very welcoming, seemed to be harrassed as if she had been working for 15 hours in a row, not showing any respect nor patience. Her younger colleague was much nicer. The kitchen was great but lacking kitchenware. We had several problems like toilet flush not working, only 1 towel per person, water fliter alarm on fridge etc... Reception desk said they would send someone to fix all that but nobody never came up

We had never been to Miami before and I was blessed to be able to take my mother and four children to Miami Beach for two weeks. We stayed at the Seacoast Suites where we enjoyed an ocean view two bathroom, two bedroom suite. it was perfect. Very clean, rooms were very nice, staff was excellent and felt very safe at the hotel and in the area we stayed. I can’t say enough about how excellent our entire stay was at this hotel and I would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you Seacoast Suites for the fabulous two week stay at your beachfront resort and all of the exceptional accommodations.

when we first got there the beds around the pool were free to enjoy,then during our stay they blocked them off and then decided they wanted you to rent them. I feel like they should be included with the stay.

The view was excellent in room 15M, but floors were damaged and room smelled. 16J had a decent view and was cleaner than 15M. All staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Bellhop staff were not very attentive. My wife and I were struggling with 5 pieces of luggage and bellhop just watched. They finally moved to help once we had already gotten the door open and under control. This happened during check in and again checking out.

i like the size of the apartment . it was perfect for my family of 5

i don’t like that the pool only stayed open til 6. i don’t like that there were not better food options, no grocery store. i don’t like that the. each chairs needed to be turned in so early. i didn’t like that parking was too expensive per day. i didn’t like the resort fee it was too expensive for what we got.
