Excellent location right on a beautiful strip of Miami Beach, with chaise lounges, umbrellas and towels. Nice pool. Our room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The lobby and public areas were also bright and attractive. Staff was friendly and attentive. In-hotel dining was nothing special, but we did manage to find some nice restaurants within a 15-minute walking radius.

Several shortcomings, all minor: There was a constant humming noise (HVAC?) that seemed to come up through the floor of our room. Several times we were notified by text that housekeeping was only done every third day; in fact it was done every day but bedsheets were changed every three days. This was fine but could have been communicated more clearly. The bathroom had practically no shelf space for toothbrushes, shaving kit, etc., There was no coffee shop on the property, despite signs pointing to one. Printer in the business center was out of ink.

As I did not really need the outside facilities, I would have appreciated to choose if - and when - I needed the ressort facilities. And as a consequence: not pay a ressort fee I did not really need all the days.

Beachfront. Fantastic view from our room. No issues with late checkout. Very helpful staff. The beach service includes an umbrella and two beach chairs.

The cleaning service came into the room at 4:15 pm; this is the time we (like many other guests) leave the beach/pool to shower already. Need to revise the cleaning service schedule.

location is very good, beach is just outside and hotel has its own section where guests can use beach chairs and umbrellas; clean and comfortable, customer service is also good, hotel has fresh and modern appeal

air conditioning is constantly on "freezing" mode (as a European traveler, this seems so weird, it's practically freezing inside the building, fortunately you can choose your room temperature), a bit pricey, but it's normal for the beach perks

The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Nice, light, airy feel. Big closet.

The room was very clean and spacious. We got the one bedroom suite which gave us more space. I liked that there was a water fountain with ice close by. Room service was very friendly and did a good job cleaning it everyday! Pool looked good, but opted for the beach instead.

Parking was horrendous. It sucks because it is not advertised when selecting the location. It only tells us after we booked the location. It did not improve as I spent my days here. Seems more like a Miami problem and not a hotel, but it’s unfortunate that the hotel has not done anything to secure a parking garage for its guest.

-first night lots of noise from the neighbours(a couple who were fighting and another room were having a party in their room), thin walls so you hear everything. -room has an old plasma tv not a smart TV, TV doesn't react fast to input of the remote. For the price you pay, you'd expect a smart tv with streaming services.
