The room was very spacious. The patio was huge and the view of the beach was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset were awesome.

The washer had a short circuit and the fridge was not in good shape. Missing some drawers and the light bulb was broken with the wires exposed.

The view was amazing. The building has direct access to the beach so you can walk there. Is an apartment but it has utensils that you can use to cook light meals. Also, in the building there are stores where you can buy groceries. The neighbourhood is really calm, but you can find places to eat around 2-5 min in car. Definitively will come back there when I go to Miami.

Some parts from the building felt old but that didn't stop me from enjoying the eperience. Definitively will come back. Oh, also it was a shame that the pool was closed because remodeling, but I think I read it was going to be reopen from October 2023.

The view was incredible and the room was pretty great too. Most of the staff were friendly but some of them were really rude. Valet service was amazing when leaving and really confusing when you check in. Plenty of things to see and do and it's right on the beach. Our vacation was almost perfect here.

You're charged if room service needs to clean your room while you're here. Most hotels clean daily, but NOT this one! They won't even bring clean towels. First night, we (all of the hotel guests) had to run down the stairs due to a fire alarm going off. In this case, 16 flights for myself and my teen daughter. They gave no explanation whatsoever. So we stand outside in the rain for 10-15 minutes. I now can barely walk, and it's been 3 nights. My legs are in some serious pain. The swimming pool is also under renovation.

The room was great with a view of the ocean. Bedroom windows were able to be opened, which gave a wonderful breeze.

Advertised a pool, which was closed. Our plans were to just sit by the pool for an afternoon. Each room is supposed to have an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. When I went into the office, they were all out. Nothing in description said 1st come. It stated that every room had them. So not only did we not get to sit by pool but we weren't able to take any chairs to beach.

All of the staff, from, Checkin, to assistance, to valet were incredible. The clerk who completed my check-in also solved the minor issue I did have and made the entire trip much more pleasant. The room we stayed in had a magnificent view of the ocean and a great balcony to relax on.

The room itself could use better feeling sheets clearer instructions on laundered towels, and some more helpful tips and numbers palced somewhere other than the welcome phamlet. (you could call the valet desk and they'd have your car ready, but lost the phamlet with the number)

The room is amazing, spacious with dining table and kitchen, and wooden floor with no carpets. There are buses to Ocean Drive and Down town

The building have 15 floors, if your room is below 7th floor you don't see the beach on ocea side or you have traffic noise on the other side, i recommend upper floors. Windows don't open, so the air-conditioning is running all the time

We got a free upgrade to a duplex apartment with breathtaking ocean view. Apartment itself was very pretty, well furnished and equipped. People at the reception desk were friendly. We could lend beach umbrella for free.

Reception on call was unresponsive always. We had been trying to reach to them since a month. Made like total 20 calls, no response. Only response I received was on booking.com chat.

The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The staff in the office was helpful, not the security up front, but the NewPoint office. The Tiki Bar outside was nice. The restaurant inside was delicious. The restaurant was expensive, but not as much as taking a taxi somewhere else and eating too.

It was a little run down, but not too bad. I was disappointed at first, but got over it. The tile around the bathtub looked old. The tub drained slowly.

Loved how close the location was to the beach. there’s not much around the location in walking distance as far as food. there is a convenient store on the property which was nice, but they don’t offer much. valet staff was great but everyone else seems to not like their jobs very much. great view from the room! we stayed in 826!

rooms weren’t in the best shape. AC didn’t adjust in the room either. you have to pay extra for cleaning and additional towels.

Almost everything was perfect.

The tv should allow streaming or casting from your device. There should be room service at least once each 2 days. The pool and solarium were closed.
