Spent my birthday weekend here and got a welcome drink upon check-in! After some issues with cleanliness in our room, the manager Nick made every effort to make us comfortable until he could get us into new accommodations. He sent up wine, showed us other room options, and when the one we preferred became available he personally escorted us. The new room was very modern and clean. I would definitely return.

The cleanliness of the first room.

From the moment I got to the hotel I was treated like a queen. I was on a solo trip and was heading to Central America after and the hotel reception staff were super helpful and helped with checking whether I needed a covid test. Rital and Jeanie were in particular outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. My room was divine. I was on the top floor and had the most amazing views of Miami! I was upgraded to a suite and the apartment was huge! For families i imagine it would be great as had a full kitchen, washing machine iron etc.

Location was excellent: close to a monorail station (free transit to the city centre and other highlights). We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome: salt water and big enough for swimming. We also appreciated the pool bar service.

The kitchen is not equiped for cooking: no knives or cutting boards to actually prepare food. Not a lot of pans either. It's not a problem if you eat take away or microwave meals, but something to consider. The lighting in the main room was not ideal: would be nice to have multiple smaller lamps for a cosy atmosphere, but this is a minor detail.

wonderful place, all services fully functional. as well as being in a great location for walking around brickell. security 24 hours a day. an episode: on our arrival the washing machine didn't work, being Sunday it couldn't be replaced until the following day. they offered to wash clothes for us for free with their laundry service at no extra cost. I don't know how many structures would have done it. Highly recommended

I am totally in love with this hotel. Everything was what we needed and was expecting with a washer, just awesome. Having the privacy of separate bathrooms was great loved the location. Quiet and peaceful.

Just the pillows, they were super soft. The cleaning person on Sunday literally did not clean. All she did was straighten the beds. We cleaned, took out the garbage, and had to wipe down the counter, which she wiped .however, it was still dirty. Did not replaced the toilet tissues. We bought some and replaced it. Perhaps she was tired and just had an off day. Overall everyone was excellent.

Lovely location, clean, and very modern. We were upgraded to a balcony and ocean view which was awesome! Everyone was friendly and staff was there to open doors, valet was exceptional. Easily walk to restaurants and there was a mall not too far away. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a full kitchen. Loved that we had cold water, could heat up leftovers and we were able to make a frozen pizza for ourselves to help control costs. The pool is small but clean and there is a walk up bar. Just know that food has to come from the restaurant attached to the hotel so there was about a 20 minute wait for that. Limited seating at the pool so if you choose a popular time you may not get a lounger. Parking is ONLY valet but they have a cool system where you request your car on a link and it informs you it's ready and waiting down at the lobby. Overall we loved this hotel for location and cleanliness. It is pricey but the area is on par with that.

While I understand parking can be an issue it would be nice to have a self park option. I would also think 2 free bottled waters could be included daily in the room rate. Our toilet didn't seem to always work, not a fan of "top" flush type of toilets but the bathroom as a whole was great.

The room was big, with kitchen and large living area, clean and comfortable. Located in the financial district, after discovered the metro mover loop and the metro trolly very close to the hotel, they are free and take you to the train and buses, it is very convenient to get to the attractions. The Miami Beach and the design district are exceptional and the must sees.

Some small details need to improve, only one side bed with light, there was no cutting knife in the full equiped kitchen, the dishwasher was not working.

My son & I found this establishment to be perfect for our needs. Booking on line was easy and our direct contact with the very helpful and friendly receptionist started remotely as we waited in line to eventually clear immigrations at the airport. Never had that before. Anyway, on arrival the same lady explained the valet parking arrangements (35$ per day) and checked us in. We had a number of questions to help orientate ourselves and she answered them all with good grace. She then topped everything by offering us a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the bay on the 26th floor. Wow!! Very many thanks!!! The suite had everything we could possibly need. Two bedrooms with large double beds. One had an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bathtub. There was a separate dressing room with a small safe (unfortunately too small for my laptop.). There was a separate bathroom next to the other bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. In another cupboard we found (and used) the washing machine and tumbler dryer. In total we counted three large flat screen TVs and once having worked magic with the technical details we were able to follow a European soccer match live via my laptop and the connection to the largest TV in the main sitting room area. The free WiFi was excellent. I drank all the coffee made available including much of the extra sachets sent up to the room on the second day. I started each day with an early morning mug of coffee relaxing on the small balcony overlooking the bay. By the way, everything was spotlessly clean and all the furnishing were modern and complemented the place perfectly. All in all this was an excellent start for our three week father/son road trip along the east coast of the USA.

Maybe install decent sized safes and re-think the hefty car parking fees please.

We loved our stay at Fortune House. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and assistance getting up to our room. The front desk also upgraded our room as well so we had one of the more updated models. There was a hand written note and a bottle of wine on the entry table welcoming us to our stay. The view was amazing, the suites are spacious, equipped with a full kitchen, washer dryer, and balcony. The pool and gym were great and very up to date. The Front desk set periodic texts to check in and had text system if we needed anything. This was perfect for our extended stay and allowed us to spread out and relax. The wifi was also great for working remote. Finally, we loved the location as it was central to all the things we wanted to do and was very easy to get around. The area was very safe and clean, room service was fairly quick.

It was difficult to reach the front desk and room service at time. The pre-programed phone in the room did not appear to be correctly programed to the correct number such that it took us a few tries to reach the appropriate department.

Great location and good value. Well equipped kitchen for those looking to spend less on meals.

Somewhat dated suite decoration. Parking a bit pricey. Some bathroom fixtures were broken and the mirror had no working lights. Lack of power outlets on one side of the bed. The nightstand lights were hard to work with and there was no master power switch to turn off all the suite lights from the bedroom.
