The staff was so kind and helpful..Especially Cassy is such a good soul. She helped me with literally everything and awaited everyone coming to the hotel with a big smile. All in all everyone in this hotel is really friendly. The rooms are a bit old, but clean and the beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend to eat and drink something in the hotels cafe. It is super delicious und affordable. I was travelling alone and I didn't feel unsafe at any time. If you're travelling solo choose this one. The location is directly at Miami South Beach. If you cross the street you're already taking one foot step into Lummus Park. Even though the hotel is at Ocean Drive it was not too loud and I always had a good sleep. I'm definetly planning to come back and book this hotel again. Thank you for everything Starlite!

Prime Location!!! Unbeatable for the price. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. The A/C worked fine (although I would of preferred it to be a bit more colder in the room, but it was good enough for comfort.) The younger woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. ATM in lobby, Restaurants, stores, the beach as soon as you step out of the hotel. They have a washer and dryer that they let you use during certain hours ($1.50 in quarters for each) which was very convenient. Would stay again for sure!

The room could use a bit some renovation. The plastic shower curtain in my room was dirty. The door in the room I was in didn’t seal all the way. The top part had an opening.

The location is super. The ppl at the front desk are helpful”especially suzzy” and also the two other ladies.. They r cheerful/helpful…I loved them all. Even the housekeeping ppl ..they r all trying to do their utmost to make their guests happy..

I think they should add a private microwave & boiler to each room…it’s a must…cuz there is only one microwave serving all the guests at the main kitchen, and there is no water boiler .

The location is just super amazing, close to everything, the staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a nice place to have some coffee, drinks and tasty food. Obviously it is not a 5 stars hotel, so don't expect a luxury stay, considering the price you re paying i believe this is a perfect place to book when in Miami !

Maybe it need some enhacement to the room, but nothing was bothering at all !

The location was facing Miami Beach which was perfect and walkable to most places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room has a tv with Netflix on and the A/C worked well.

We wish that it had a swimming pool, this would make it a 10/10. Our room was by the lift so we could always hear someone.

It’s definitely the best cost-benefit hotel you can find. It’s simple, but clean , and has everything you need for a short stay, including hair dryer and iron. Staff is very nice and response time is incredible! I needed a little repair and they did it within 20 min! Location is the best for south beach , close to everything !

Given it’s a 2-star hotel, there’s nothing I didn’t like :)

very clean hotel rooms ,the hotel has a cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a good cocktails ,though there are places to explore on ocean drive,this hotel food deserves a special mention,air conditioning is good in the lobby and also in the hotel room ,don’t forget to see the Miami Beach sunrise

The front desk staff on all shifts were very friendly, especially KC who went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful room that overlook strip and ocean. My husband birthday weekend and our first visit was fantastic.

There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Although we were not in our room that much, would have been nice to have.

Was an amazing experience. 10/10 will definitely come again and stay at same place. 2min walking distance from beach and also center of night life.

There is nothing I can complain. Reasonable price, professional staff. So long story short there is nothing I can declare as negative comment.
